Applejack as Tiana Why: They are both hard working characters.  
Fluttershy as Snow White Why: They both love to communicate with Animals although Snow White seems to be less shy than Fluttershy.  
Rarity as Jasmine Why: They have the beauty, and they aren’t afraid to speak their mind to no matter who they are against. Also they are both stubborn and caring.  
Twilight Sparkle as Belle Why: Simply put they are both bookworms and love to read books.  
Pinkie Pie as Ariel Why: This one was the hardest to chose. But the closest personality that matches would probably be Ariel. Because they can be random at times, like when Ariel brushed her hair with a fork in the human world even though she was adapting to that world. Also they are both fun loving. And can get easily get bored when there’s no fun at all.

but before you post your arguments in the comments, just hear me out. Alice might not be tomboyish, or athletic like Rainbow Dash, but they have more in common then you may think. They both can get bored, just watch Swarm of the Century or Testing Testing 1 2 3. Speaking of Testing Testing 1 2 3, Rainbow Dash is like Alice all throughout the episode. They are both Curious. Don’t believe me? Just go watch the end of It Ain’t Easy Being Breezies, DragonShy, and It’s About Time just to name a few. They don’t take name calling lightly. Do I even have to tell you which episode to watch? Alice and Rainbow Dash can sometimes get easily annoyed and impatient. Enough said. Both can give up hope in a matter of minutes. Rainbow Dash and Alice both act professionally to Ms. Harshwhinny and the Queen of Hearts respectively. Alice does actually compete by playing croquet with the Queen. And they both daydream and nap. Now you see why Rainbow Dash is the perfect match for Alice. Alice may not have the major traits as Rainbow Dash, but she have a lot of minor traits that are common to the Rainbow Maned Pegasus. Others might match her major traits like Pocahontas, Mulan and Merida but they don’t have a lot in common like Alice. (Also they are both blue even though Alice is just wearing blue clothes)
