I don’t know what it is about the colour blue, but when I use it, I feel like I’m painting with a frozen stary sky!  
I don’t know if I’ll draw Luna EXACTLY like this again. Like her cutie mark being on her shoulder? Truth is I just put it here because I didn’t want to draw her….bib? Necklace….? I have no idea what it is, but she didn’t look finished without something around there and her cutie mark just seemed too perfect! Really, I do like how she looks here ……. and while drawing this I did come up with an idea where Luna’s cutie mark could shift to different areas of her body…. so I may stick to this design and just move her cutie mark around depending on what clothing I draw her in? We’ll see what happens
