Just more a comment - this is an upcoming page from the MLPFIM “Treasury edition” which is basically the first comic without any coloring done - aka it is meant to showcase Andy’s art more than anything else.
 
It appears to be based on his original, and not published, linework, however - and you can see this from this page, where if you look middle left at the pony underneath the weight that Snowflake dropped, its speaking in curse wingdings.
