We are now at part 3 of my Let’s Draw series and we now have Coco Bandicoot wearing a Twilight Sparkle costume. I also made some changes to Crash and his costume due to getting profoundly negative reception on Derpibooru. As I’m typing this, part 2 has 22 down votes with only 6 up votes. When I asked why my drawing was being received so poorly, a user claimed that it was probably due to Crash’s face appearing very creepy so I minimized his teeth, enlarged his irises, and changed the shape of his eyebrows. The user also mistakingly thought that it was Shining Armor wearing a Crash Bandicoot mask. In actuality, it’s supposed to be Crash Bandicoot inside of a Shining Armor costume so clearly, I wasn’t executing the drawing very well. I added a zipper and stitches to make it look more like an actual costume. While I think it looks better, I still think it could be improved in some areas though it’s a little hard for me to figure out what exactly those areas are. If you have any ideas, please let me know in the comments as this has quickly turned into one of my most frustrating art projects and I really want the final product to look good in the end.
