Dark chocolate chili cupcake with rainbow-striped cream cheese frosting

Going to keep this short, because it’s late, I’m hungry, and I want to watch the new episode (which, quite unintended, happens to be a Dash episode on the day I made my Dash cupcakes!).
 
I’m actually semi-allergic to pepper, so I couldn’t eat these. And even though there’s no way I could make a chocolate cupcake have Dash’s pale blue color, I could make the frosting awesome to make up for it. I didn’t know if it was possible, but it turns out it works. ^_ No one believed me when I said I was going to stripe five colors onto my base blue!
 
I’m assured these are delicious. The chocolate base was, and the frosting is amazing.
