Am I the only one that can see and make a connection with the Cupcakes story and Rainbow factory?

Remember when pinkie tasted the rainbow liquid and went batshit crazy then ran away?

What if she HAD to run away? was she afraid to show that she knows the flavor of the rainbows that she apparently has never tried? and when rainbow laughed nervously stating that the “Rainbows aren’t known for their taste.” did she notice pinkies face when she joined the group onece again?
