Description
Page 901 - Mafia, Part 0Author: DragonTrainerNewbiespud’s Note: IT’S… a game of Mafia? In this webcomic? Starring the guest players from previous (>>2125541) One (>>2126607) Piece (>>2131030) crossovers (>>2128892)? Sure, why not!How do the basics of Mafia work, you might ask. All roles are randomly assigned and secret. The players in the Mafia roles have to kill everyone else during the secret Night phases. The Civilians and support roles have to suss out who the Mafia are and lynch them during the Day phases. It’s a game of improv, intrigue, detective work, and many, many arguments. What does it have to do with D&D? Basically nothing! But it stars the player cast and it looks like fun.As mentioned in this opening page, it’s possible to play along in this guest comic arc without getting spoiled as to who is what role. But that will require skipping any upload that’s marked (Night Phase). The next update is a Night Phase. Skip it for now and wait for the page after it if you want to “play along.”

DM: Okay, everybody go ahead and check your cards, but do not show or tell anyone else what you got. We have 13 players today, so we’ll be playing with 4 Mafia, 2 Detectives, 1 Nurse, and 6 Civilians. If you got an Ace, you’re Mafia. Kings are Detectives, the Queen’s the Nurse, and everyone else are Civilians. Everyone ready to play?
