Back on September 12 was my dad’s birthday, today is his birthday party, and thinking about my dad, I think about Mr. Baldwin and Twilight’s father, Night Light. I decided to make this for the special occasion as well as reveal some things that had occurred between Night Light and Mr. Baldwin WAY before my story “Chaotic Order” and straight after the episode “A Canterlot Wedding”. ;)

:iconreadplz::iconarrowrightplz: I finally drew Twilight’s father for the first time as well as draw him with her father figure in the same picture. I’m sure many people, especially after reading my MLP FIM cartoon crossover story “Chaotic Order”, wonder what exactly the relationship between Twilight’s dad and Mr. Baldwin is like, considering they both love Twilight dearly, one being her biological father, the other being her ‘sea daddy’.
 
A little spoiler until I finally make that flashback story: let’s just say Night Light was a VERY envious unicorn stallion when he saw how close father-daughter-like Mr. Baldwin and Twilight were, especially after the events of “A Canterlot Wedding”, and especially when Twilight often referred to Mr. Baldwin as “Sea Daddy”, even Baldwin talking about when he’ll have his baby and calling Twilight a soon-to-be big sister and/or aunt. He was afraid that he was in some serious competition with Baldwin for who Twilight loved more as a father…a bit much for paranoid, honestly.
 
That story will be made soon, and I’m sure the dialogue Night Light is saying here can pretty much explain the concept of all that had happened in the past…Despite that it’s all behind them, Night Light is still pretty guilty about what he had put Baldwin, his unborn child, and even Twilight, through. :(
 
And my El Tigre OC Georgia Lopez on the lower right in here, she played a big role in that story as well; she was quite observant of Night Light through the whole jealousy course.
 
 
Now, today, Mr. Baldiwn and Night Light are best buddies, both good fathers to Twilight. :aww: Elvis is pretty much the nickname Mr. Baldwin gives him, on account of his pretty wicked mane. :XD: Also, a pregnant male seahorse’s hunger and cravings are more powerful than a pregnant woman’s. :D
