Scootaloo = Charlie
Night Guard/Royal Guard = Inspector Vergier
Speaking Changeling = The bad guy
Other Changelings = The Robot Enemies
Parody of one of my favorite rhythm games to date and parody of one of my favorite parts of the game. Where Phantom R has to team up with the two main officers of the law that wanted to arrest him to they defeat a small army of robots (roughly 166 of them). I was originally going to do just the first part but I changed my mind at that last second while working on it, so now I have to explain a little for those who don’t know the game.
The parts are, well, small cutscenes you see before you do the next round of rhythm timing to complete the level. If you want to know more you should probably check the source video of where I based that comic off of and even though the writing there is not English at least the characters still speak it.
As for why I chose the characters to play the role they did is well, to keep it brief: Spike is close to being human and the suit that the fans made for Spike to match his hat is rather fitting (sadly I can hardly find any of them without him being a pimp) making him very close to be Phantom R himself; Scootaloo is for that gliding minigame that I liked to draw out one day and she’s more tomboyish than the other CMC; Night Guard because unicorns can shoot and Vergier’s first appearance in the game is at night; and the changeling is due to there’s an army of them and one of them should be leading smaller forces (Although the commander vectors of them don’t have the expressions I need for this comic). I think that’s all the explanation I need to give at this point. Feel free to ask some questions that I didn’t cover in the description.
