Went anime old-school with this one. Very anime old-school, it’s a safe bet that most bronies weren’t born when the Knight Sabers’ Priss Asagiri, Sylvia Stingray, Linna Yamazaki and Nene Romanova donned their Hardsuits for the first time.
 
It’s funny the inspiration came because of the new episode Hurricane Fluttershy, one of the signature songs from Bubblegum Crisis is Hurricane Tonight.
 
EDIT: Guess it’s time to explain why I went with who.
 
Priss: Could go the excuse that ‘Twilight’s one of two of my favorite Mane 6 so that overrides everything else’ however it was also because Twilight’s mane resembles Priss’ non-disguised hair, a hairstyle that I know and love.
 
Linna: While doing Twilight in a pony version of Priss’ Hardsuit it occurred to me that Rainbow Dash fit Priss’ attitude better. However, Dash’s hairstyle also reminded me of that…other ‘series’ version of that I do not like whatsoever, and I did not want the final pic to constantly remind me of…that version. So having Dash in Linna’s role is a bit of a consolation prize.
 
Nene: Could go with the ‘Fluttershy is my other favorite Mane 6 pony so that overrides everything else…’ and I’m sticking with that one.
 
Sylvia: I agree with everybody else, having Rarity in Sylvia’s Hardsuit is the only one I got right.
