What are you on about? Sunny isn’t being a coward. When Allura tries to hypnotize/brainwash Comet, Sunny jumps between them to protect him. Sunny even goes into Allura’s cave alone to try to get advice from her.

Sunny doesn’t attack Allura because she still believes that Allura can be redeemed. That’s a heroic trait, not a cowardly one.

Sunny being a coward. Allura be primitive, and heat beats cold. Sunny can easily blast her or use martial arts since alicons are stronger than leopards. Yet she cowers. And Allura is weak compared to Grogar.
