Rainbow Crow
Yeah, I know, there’s no actual color there. Just. . . use your imagination.

Anyway, this was a commission I did for back in February. If you don’t know it’s based on IDW’s Friends Forever Issue 31, which was inspired by a Lenape Legend about a rainbow crow that flew to the sun to bring back fire and save everyone from freezing in an endless Winter, sacrificing its beautiful colors and singing voice in the process.
I meant to post this sooner, but uh, well I’m about as good at procrastinating as I am at drawing.

Graphite and white charcoal on Strathmore toned paper. Finished: 2-11-18.
