This is more of a later-on headcanon/au im fleshing out in which prisoners on life sentences are shipped to the factory to harvest for spectra, Cherry being one of them, but she falls in love with a worker, Tidal Skies. They have a forbidden son, Nimbus, who is taken away as he comes out with a horn and a pair of wings.
