Day six … I’m still not permitting myself to use an eraser when drawing. Today that REALLY bothered me - I completely donked up her right nipple and it just drove me insane trying to figure out how to fix it without an eraser.

I found some white lead pencils, I don’t even remember why or when I got those. But I thought they might perk up her gem a little and give it some brilliance, but the pencil is wax based and it just acted like a squib so instead of giving the gem any kind of hardness or reflection it just made it muddier.

So I ended up just donking it up even HARDER*.

But … that’s enough self-loathing for today. I missed several days after injuring my hand dealing with the tornado debris, and I could already tell the “If I draw every day I’m ok, if I don’t draw every day I’m not ok” thing started coming back, so I don’t want to miss any more.

And I’m still not allowing myself erasers at this level of gesture sketches. They just make me obsess too hard about perfecting something that’s just supposed to be capturing motion and shadows.

Soooo … ok, tagging time. What are bare breasts rated here again? Hmmmm … hmmmm … add erect nipples and you’re at … ^quest…_ti…^on…_able?

And … Sirens can also be Merponies which can also be … anthro? Am I doing that right?
