Continuing the redesign works, here is Applejack! I’m super happy with how she turned out! I like the old redesign, but it is very bland and not like Applejack at all, so I decided to return her signature cowboy hat and the red ribbons in her hair, and also add a red scarf.

Applejack was born on the Apple farm. From a young age, she was hardworking and determined on helping on the farm and to help her family. But, at the age of 8, she became curious of the outside world, about big cities and life there. So, she decided to move to Manehatten with her uncle and aunt. But her life in a big city wasn’t what AJ envisioned, but she felt ashamed to return back to her home due to her stubbornness.

At last, after witnessing the Rainbow Boom, young Applejack finally understood where her heart belongs, and she decided to return to her family and her Apple farm. But, not all was well on the farm. Applejack’s parents died in a tragic accident. After their death’s the farm fell into disrepair. Applejack didn’t have time to mourn her parents, she quickly started to work on the farm, trying to bring it back to life, waking up at dawn and going to sleep past midnight, bringing herself to complete exhaustion. She left school and decided to dedicate the rest of her life to the Apple farm and to her family.

Despite Applejack’s stoicism from a young age, the death of her parents affected her greatly. She blamed herself and her selfishness for what happened to them and the farm, even though, it wasn’t her fault.

Her family and farm became AJ’s number one priority. She wouldn’t allow any outsiders on the farm, only with her strict supervision. She also became very overprotective of Applebloom, trying to shelter her from the outside world, which caused numerous arguments between the two sisters.

Granny Smith and Big Mac tried to talk with AJ about her overworking, but she always assured them with a smile that everything is alright, and they shouldn’t worry about her.

Even though AJ left school at the age of 9, she was incredibly smart buissnesspony, making her family’s farm famous all over Equestria, even if it took quite sometime.

Applejack tried to create a quiet and peaceful lifer for her siblings and grandmother, but she never would have guessed that just one pony, by the name of Twilight Sparkle, can completely change her plans.
