YOU GUYSSS I AM SO EXCITED RIGHT NOW!

I have recently mentioned that I am creating a backstory to my character Lunar Night which is a first step to make my own bat universe.

I must admit - I am not that good with creating characters. So upon getting some good feedback under my recent post, I decided to use my ideas and connect them with pony designs I have purchased from my favorite adopts-artists @vi45 and @Cringe228kek .

I didn’t change too much about the farm pony design - I had an idea in my head about Lunar’s father that he would be a part of Apple Family. I started designing someone that would fit right in - bright, yellow colors with apple related cutie mark. But then upon purchasing this design I started to see more beauty in it and decided to keep it the way it was created. I still want to mention in the stallion’s bio that he is related to Applejack somehow but of course the line will be very thin - in a way that he is a representation of a part that split and went for picking up blueberries instead of apples.

On the other hand I was trying really hard to design a canon bat pony myself that would fit into Hasbro’s design (you can see more in my journal about bat ponies appearance in the show) however as I said before I wasn’t really feeling like I’m going in the right direction. So I decided to use a design I purchased some while ago and modify the colors and mane in a way that will fit into being Lunar’s mother.

If you have any suggestion (about their names, stories, anything) I will sure read all the comments! So far I can spoiler you a little that these two met on accident when the mare was running away from some kind of cult that she was born into and the stallion promised to take care of her and protect her for all costs! That’s how they fell in love.
