On a summer day where the lake is near the mountains with some houses around in a few areas, most people are inside their homes for the day, which means they will be busy. But two adults, a man named Roberto and a woman named Jackie are somewhere within the mountains as they are heading their way to see the lake.
“We’ve made it all the way here to see this wonderful land. Oh, I’m telling you!” Jackie dances while kicking her right leg three times.
“Been over an hour trying to reach this big lake that’s close to the mountains. Good thing we have carried a map with us for safe keeping.” Roberto pulled out a map hidden inside his backpack, showing it to Jackie on how far they have made it.
Jackie, nevertheless, was still satisfied with a long journey and making it to the mountains that far and with the help of her friend, they definitely hope they can find some other humans who are around the area.
“I feel bored. Let’s sit down for a couple minutes.” Jackie told Roberto as she needed her feet to rest for some time. “I’m sure gonna be out of shape if I keep walking.”
“Yeah, all that walking we have gotten ourselves a little pain in the end!” Roberto can feel himself under the pressure as he should just get it together and rest his body and keep his backpack right next to him.
“Perhaps we do gotta wait a few minutes until the feet can kick itself back at full power.” Jackie said back.
Though it seemed like the world was just silent and nobody else is around outside aside from Roberto and Jackie, things suddenly took a drastic change when they both heard the ground shaking below them. The water in the lake was also affected by these loud stomping noises that grew louder and louder each second.
Moments later, a massive black shadow covered Roberto and Jackie in the darkness when it came ominously closer to where they were sitting. They look up seeing a giant pony spotted behind them, who walked closer with each step shaking the area. Her name was Mayor Mare.
“Great to be back to normal!” Mayor Mare talked with a super deep voice as her voice spoke like an echo, spreading throughout the whole place. “Never thought I’d be feeling myself better after what happened a while back. That was awful.”
“Who is she?” Jackie asked Roberto, having never witnessed Mayor Mare before in her life.
“Don’t know, and I don’t find her familiar at all.” Roberto answered, as he himself didn’t even recognize the huge pony anywhere.
Giant Mayor Mare looked around, all directions, and wondered, “Hmm, this place is so large, it appears that nobody’s outside today. Unless I’m mistaken, they must be staying inside their homes not knowing a giant mayor is here to see them.”
“Hey, down here! We wanna talk with you!” Jackie shouted as loud as possible for Mayor Mare to hear her voice.
While thinking to herself, the gigantic mare heard the voice from Jackie and she then tilted her head down, looking at both Jackie and Roberto, who are walking up to her as they both want a conversation with her.
“Yes? Is there something I can help you littles ones?” Mayor Mare asked, wondering what business the two tinies have with her, which was important anyway.
“We just wanted to say, you’ve startled us a little bit. I almost dropped my backpack off of my back!” Roberto replies, telling Mayor Mare that he got slightly scared when she came approaching them. “But anyways, what brings you here?”
“Oh, I wanted to see you tinies once more after the incident that happened in Missouri a few days back.” Mayor Mare brings up something that occurred in Kansas City a few days.
Jackie and Roberto look at each other confused before paying attention to Mayor Mare again.
“What happened?” Roberto wants to get an answer from Mayor Mare about what happened to her in Kansas City, which was not a good one either.
Mayor Mare explained her reason, stating, “A few days ago, I was having a bad dream where I was an evil giant and attacked Kansas City, and I fell under those two corrupted alicorns’ control…! I just didn’t stop the evil from taking control over me. Twilight and her friends freed me from their control and I was in the hospital for a few days until I fully recovered, so now I’m finally glad I don’t gotta go through that twice… Hopefully.”
“Splendid. Thank god you are safe.” Jackie is so relieved that Mayor Mare is still on the good side because if Twilight and her friends didn’t redeem the mayor, Mayor Mare would’ve remained evil for a longer time.
“You can stay with us, if you would like. We are pleased to have you here.” Roberto offered the giant mayor pony a chance to stay with him and his friend for a day.
“That’s EXACTLY what I have been planning from earlier!” Mayor Mare said with excitement, her voice echoed again through the nature of the land. She then sat down on her plot, shaking the ground again.
Jackie and Roberto are hoping that Mayor Mare doesn’t become an evil giant again like how she was in Kansas City a couple days ago, and so far, they find her kind heart back in control.
“Tell me more about you!” Roberto wanted to know more about Mayor Mare.
“Let us save that part for later. I can’t keep explaining everything to you both about me aside from the fact that my name’s Mayor Mare and is a mayor after all.” Mayor Mare suggested less talking about her and find something the tinies can talk about.
