Ranking and hierarchy:

-Royal Nurses-
In most cases the royal nurses are pulled from the ranks of the Royal Guards, and thus have a military rank. Entry rank for joining the nurse corps is Corporal.
However in some cases non-guards have been recruited to the nurses and thus receive the minimum entry rank and can move up from there.

Nurses are led by the head nurse, hoof selected by the queen and reports directly to her.

-Royal Guard-

-Royal Maids-
Not technically a member of the military ranking system, the maids are a special and highly select group of their own. Hoof chosen by the queens, they are required to take on much training and testing to ensure loyalty and trust.
Those who graduate the maid in training program are granted the right to wear the two highly coveted royal maid uniforms for either day or night shift.
In terms of equivalency of rank, they are equal to the Blood Moon Guards due to their extensive training and the trust put in them.

Ranks are typically worn on a medallion tag around the neck. This way they are easily hidden beneath a suit, but also easily shown if needed. This is particularly useful for members of the blood moon guard, who sometimes wear normal royal guard armor so as not to draw attention to themselves, but still able to show it for identification purposes.
