When Giant Ponies and Creatures Attack - Episode 31 - Shanghai Falls Apart
Summary: Rarity and her friends do whatever they can and save Shanghai from a giant evil unicorn, Fleur-de-Lis, who plans on tearing the city using all her powers and attacks.
As dawn was approaching, a giant evil unicorn known as Fleur-de-Lis was attacking the city and destroying buildings in her path and killed humans appearing in those structures she just targeted. Her eyes and her magic were red and she gives an evil smirk towards the tinies.
“Hmm, another city that must be destroyed immediately, I see…” Fleur-de-Lis laughs in an evil manner, as she stomped her way through Shanghai, firing her more magic at more buildings from left and right.
People have been running and looking for shelter for as much as they could while the giant unicorn continued causing havoc all over Shanghai. The others, however, became victims when the evil unicorn killed them inside buildings as she kept on strolling. She only wished for the humans entirely wiped out.
The military came just in time so they could give the citizens backup. Several tanks have pulled up in front and behind the evil Fleur-de-Lis, stopping from walking.
“You, miss! We are gonna give you one chance to leave this city alone before we start shooting at you!” The leader said, demanding that the evil giant unicorn stays away from the city before he is left with a choice and fight her the hard way.
“I’m sorry, you know we evil giants have no intention sparring these citizens nor the city itself.” Fleur-de-Lis talked back towards the unnamed leader who leads the military team. “I won’t be letting anyone live, not even you foolish soldiers can stop me, either! You all are just weak! I’m such a beauty who’s so deadly, the evil is making me more stronger every second!”
“Soldiers! Open fire at this huge horse quickly!” The leader yelled and ordered his men to release the missiles from their tanks and shoot at Dark Fleur-de-Lis.
Evil Fleur-de-Lis stood still and smirks at the military team, including the leader, which offended them. The soldiers inside the tanks started shooting at the giant evil unicorn at once, and they kept on shooting until they believe they have taken her down that easily.
“Go, go, go!” The leader said, as he wants the evil giant unicorn defeated.
All the soldiers continued firing missiles at the evil and wicked Fleur-de-Lis, which soon resulted in an explosion surrounding her whole body as they kept on shooting.
The leader didn’t see the evil unicorn pony and thought that she is gone. “Boys, that’s enough! I think you’ve got her as good as you could. Welldone.” He told his men, who stopped what they were doing and make sure the results are what he hoped for.
The soldiers jumped out and celebrate victory with the leader so early. Unfortunately, when they started giving each other a high-five, they soon heard an evil laugh, which was actually coming from the evil unicorn.
“Oh, great… Not this…” The leader worries that the monstrous unicorn did not disappeared.
In fact, moments later, it was revealed that Fluer-de-Lis survived the attack as the darkness and her gigantic size was very powerful and felt not one thing hurting her.
“How pathetic.” Fleur-de-Lis said, as she was nowhere near satisfied as the missiles didn’t damage her at all. “Nothing you did even tickled… I’m so big and because the power of darkness is controlling me, bullets and weapons don’t work on me.”
“Guys, we gotta try again! Get back in those tanks and destroy her for good.” The leader suggests his fellow soldiers get back inside and stop the evil giant this time.
Unfortunately, right before the soldiers could even hop in the tanks, Fleur-de-Lis destroyed all the tanks with her magic, leaving the teammates with absolutely no vehicles they could ride.
“Now then, anything you gotta offer me?” Fleur-de-Lis asked the leader and his soldiers before she planned on killing them all for standing in her way.
The leader panics knowing that things are getting worse now that the giant evil unicorn has been tricked into believing that he and his teammates defeated her that bad when they didn’t.
Everyone began running while Fleur-de-Lis activated her magic.
“Take this! This oughta blow you away in one shot!” Fleur-de-Lis soon fired her magic at all the men fleeing from her wrath. Her magic eventually destroyed the entire military crew and a loud explosion sound occurred.
Fleur-de-Lis walked a little closer and see all the military people dead before her, not hearing anything else from the whole men she killed.
“It looks like they are dead. Every men have fallen right before me and this has made my day even more better but it has things more sad for the citizens.” Fleur-de-Lis turned back away and resumed her terror with every step that shook the ground, vibrating everything and everyone around her.
While feeling that nothing can stand in her way for as long as she can see it happening now, it looks like the massacre would get even out of hand unless someone can stop the giant evil Fleur-de-Lis from ripping Shanghai apart.
Ironically, the giant evil unicorn mare fired her magic at buildings yet even further, which soon collapsed and become nothing except dirt and rumble left behind.
“Don’t you hurt these people no more!” A voice called out.
Fleur-de-Lis stopped herself when she heard the voice speaking out. She looked serious and wondered where the voice was coming from. When she looked down, she was startled and saw Rarity and her friends standing before her, and they have angry expressions.
“Aww, seems that somepony’s just came too late, I suppose.” Fleur-de-Lis was rather disappointed for the Mane Six showing at a time this slow.
“Not about how late me and the others came! The current situation’s about you hurting these kind and adorable humans!” Rarity yelled at Fleur-de-Lis, having figured out what Fleur-de-Lis was scheming the whole time.
Rainbow Dash was confused and she had a feeling that Fleur-de-Lis is connected with that one stallion who wears a tuxedo and a monocle.
“Sorry for the interruption, but isn’t she the girlfriend that Fancy Pants is dating?” Rainbow Dash asked Rarity, concerned about the relationship between Fleur and Fancy Pants. “I mean, pretty much she is her boyfriend, right?”
“Um, I guess so…” Rarity replies, seeing that Rainbow Dash is almost correct.
“Who cares about Fancy Pants? He’s not around seeing this and that the evil and darkness is inside me.” Fleur-de-Lis interrupted the conversation and remind the Mane Six that no stallion is around. “I have only one duty, and that duty is simply erase the humans from existence and destroy everything with them.” She laughs evilly.
The Mane Six reacted in shock when Fleur-de-Lis revealed to them about her plans.
“Oh, so you must be doing Nightmare Moon and Daybreaker favors once more after they turned you evil again, huh?” Applejack asked, suspicious about Fleur-de-Lis helping the evil corrupted alicorns with exterminating all the humans.
“Clearly that is the point.” Fleur-de-Lis responded, telling the truth as she would help destroy the citizens across Shanghai, something the corrupted alicorns would like happening.
“Guess we better stop you from murdering anymore humans!” Twilight Sparkle fired her magic blast at Fleur-de-Lis, although the latter quickly sent it another direction with her horn.
Twilight Sparkle, alongside her friends, stood in a fighting position, preparing for battle against the evil Fleur-de-Lis. The giant evil unicorn fought back as well.
“You low-class ponies are nothing compared to a high-class pony like me!” Fleur-de-Lis told Rarity and her five friends, as she knows her dark powers are way beyond the six ponies’ power themselves combined.
Rarity doesn’t care about if she and her friends are not at the same level as the giant evil unicorn they are facing. She is noticing that she has such strength within her heart and so is the same strength in her friends and, without being alone, being together can help them defeat the giant evil unicorn, Fleur-de-Lis.
“Believe it or not, miss, we aren’t low-class fighters, we are true fighters who possess the true warriors within our bodies!” Rarity went against the counterclaim about how weak or powerful she was.
“As she said, nothing’s gonna stop us from losing! The victory is waiting upon us and today we won’t be accepting defeating! Never!” Fluttershy agreed with Rarity.
“And another victory… will never be taken away from the likes of you!” Applejack said, agreeing with her friends’ claim and she is a pony who is capable fighting off evil giant ponies and creatures.
Fleur-de-Lis refused to see this as a fact, only considering it as false.
“Say whatever you want, you all are gonna die.” Fleur-de-Lis argued, defending herself and fired her magic beam at the six ponies while showing a sinister smile on her face.
Twilight Sparkle and her friends dodged the magic blast and kept on fighting back.
“As if it’ll ever happen, you large equine!” Pinkie Pie said as she pulled out her party cannon which she has filled with bombs.
Pinkie Pie released the bomb from her party cannon and aimed it at Fleur-de-Lis, who dared her to try and attack with anything she could as much as she like.
When the bomb came closer towards, Fleur-de-Lis quickly caught it with her magic before the bomb would touch her. She was less surprised for the fact that Pinkie would ever do something so dangerous that doesn’t work on giant ponies that are evil.
“Here, have it back.” Fleur-de-Lis threw the bomb right back at Pinkie Pie, deciding she should kill her first.
“Not happening, miss!” Applejack kicked the bomb with her back hooves and took it towards another direction, sending elsewhere. “You should know that we’re gonna save the world and prevent anything else happening in Shanghai!”
“Shut up! Shut up, all of you!” Fleur-de-Lis now started getting angry, losing her calmness, having her limits pushed.
Twilight Sparkle and Rarity stood up against the giant evil unicorn mare and they both unleash their magic at the same time. Fleur-de-Lis eventually unleashed hers at the same time, resulting in a beam struggle against the three ponies.
“I’m gonna make sure I get my hooves on you once I win the battle!” Fleur-de-Lis reminded Rarity and Twilight Sparkle that she will annihilate them both before she destroys the other four ponies next. “I am a unicorn, an elite, and an upper-class pony! You all won’t be mocking me anymore! I’ve had enough of it all!”
“And once again, we don’t care what you say… We can surpass you even if you’re the bigger pony around here!” Rarity said, pushing her magic forward, along with Twilight’s.
“Everyone’s counting on us six, and we can’t let them down…” Twilight Sparkle increased hers and Rarity’s magic times five, making it a total of ten.
Upon realizing that her magic is pushing back towards her, Fleur-de-Lis made her magic bigger, which was times seven, starting to push the other two ponies’ magic back as the struggling continues on.
Pinkie Pie, Rainbow Dash, Fluttershy and Applejack are all nervous over whether or not Twilight Sparkle and Rarity can handle it.
“Can they really be okay doing this without interfering?” Fluttershy asked Applejack.
“I’m not so sure, Fluttershy. They both are a bit struggling, but they gotta keep pushing her magic back, or else they will get beaten in the end.” Rainbow Dash answered the question, as she was really hoping that both Twilight and Rarity are not giving up just yet, or at all. “Come on, you two! Keep pushing, keep pushing!” She told the two ponies.
“Do not stop! Not now, not ever!” Pinkie Pie shouted, giving Rarity and Twilight heads up on what must be done and that it must be finished right now.
Hearing the words from Pinkie Pie and Rainbow Dash, Twilight Sparkle and Rarity have no time for waste and they both increased their magic and make it larger, which was at times ten, totaling twenty.
“Alright, this is the biggest combination we’ve seen, Twilight!” Rarity told Twilight Sparkle, seeing that an easy victory is almost happening.
“You sure?” Twilight Sparkle questions Rarity before seeing that her magic beam, along with Rarity’s, is pushing Fleur-de-Lis’ magic real fast. Twilight eventually trusts her and her friends for such effort and improvement being a huge success.
Fleur-de-Lis was shocked when her magic was coming right at her, and she couldn’t even try increasing hers any further.
“This is not possible! This is not possible!!!” Fleur-de-Lis shouted as her magic soon struck her hard, critically damaging her. Her body got pushed back and she couldn’t even fight any further as she soon wasted all her magic during the beam struggle against Rarity and Twilight Sparkle.
Fleur-de-Lis started collapsing and fell to the ground. Twilight Sparkle and her friends moved out the way before she could land on any of them. Fleur-de-Lis, now defeated, started shrinking and reverted back to her normal size. The dark power and evil inside her disappeared, meaning she was free from Daybreaker and Nightmare Moon’s control.
Twilight Sparkle, Rarity, Applejack, Fluttershy, Pinkie Pie and Rainbow Dash towards the unconscious unicorn, who was lying on the ground with her eyes closed and her mouth partially open.
“We saved Shanghai for the second time!” Fluttershy jumps with excitement, as she was happy that Twilight Sparkle once again has saved Shanghai from another giant evil pony.
“This is because of all the trust and advice we’ve given her!” Applejack told Fluttershy.
“If it wasn’t for us, Shanghai probably could have been seeing a much more terrifying experience compared with the last one when Princess Celestia attacked this city the first time.” Pinkie Pie said, knowing that words from friends can help someone defeat evil giant ponies and creatures who attack earth.
Rarity hugs Twilight Sparkle for letting the latter assist her in finishing things again.
“I’m so happy that me and you defeated that large equine together. It was really worth it a whole bunch.” Rarity thanks Twilight Sparkle for working as a team and defeat Fleur-de-Lis to break her free from the evil corrupted alicorns’ control.
“I appreciate it, too!” Twilight Sparkle responds back with happiness and joy. “Sometimes I like having you for backup when the others are busy.” She added.
Twilight Sparkle and Rarity walk towards the remaining four ponies and become a group as usual. The six ponies are seeing that the planet is almost perfectly safe during this moment they are seeing the day almost over.
Applejack knows that Fleur-de-Lis can’t wake up until the next day or two because the darkness took over her and once she awakens, she will see the light within her again.
“I say we better get going.” Applejack told her friends as she started trotting.
“Yeah, I guess she’s right. We better get leaving.” Rainbow Dash starts trotting second.
Rarity looks back at the knocked out cold Fleur-de-Lis for a brief second before she tells Twilight Sparkle, “Good thing Fancy Pants wasn’t with us because if he was, he would have been shocked seeing his girlfriend so huge and evil.”
“Yeah, a mare should never, ever bring her love interest with her when she’s under the dark side.” Twilight Sparkle says, with Rarity nodding as an agreement.
And so, with Shanghai ending the day in a couple hours, Twilight Sparkle and her friends have been called heroines for saving Shanghai for the second time, and the survivors cheer for them once more. It was almost victory and hope was nearly restored.
Somewhere else around the real world, in a place unknown, Daybreaker and Nightmare Moon are inside their ship, Daybreaker-Nightmare Moon 5000.
“Twilight and her friends have won again?!” Nightmare Moon said with an outraged expression, hearing the recent news about what happened in Shanghai. “I can’t take it anymore!”
“Now, now, sister! Don’t get so angry. We still have plans targeting others again and turning them evil for the second time.” Daybreaker comforted Nightmare Moon as it was not the time for being angry right now, otherwise she would explode from her full anger.
“If we capture the next victim, maybe we should have some fun in the same city as they are, when they are big, of course.” Nightmare Moon told her sister, feeling more calmer now.
“Good idea. We should do that tomorrow, though.” Daybreaker agrees with Nightmare Moon, deciding they should cause some terror while the next pony they turn evil destroys the next city anywhere around the world.
