Sundae D’Elegance is a 39 year old earth pony mare originally hailing from Prance, and now living and working in Sire’s Hollow. Here, this tall and elegant mare owns and runs a popular and successful dessert restaurant that is almost always busy most of any working day. Naturally, though her mother tongue is Prench, she fluently speaks standard Equish as her second language, with a basic command of Germane and Stalliongradi as well.
Known as a very professional, yet relaxed, kind and courteous lady with a heart of gold and a soft spot for children, she and by extention, her restaurant, are fondly regarded by the locals of Sire’s Hollow. As her cutie mark depicts, her own speciality lies in the manufacture and serving of desserts of all kinds- though she has a particular affinity for strawberry ice cream.
Notably tall for an earth pony mare, Sundae is not an athlete of any kind, despite how slender she really is. She moves with a slow, measured, almost languid grace at all times, almost as if she is somewhat out of phase with reality. However, thus far, magical scans have revealed nothing as to what this strange ability is, and show nothing above normal earth pony levels of magic.
It is noted that those meeting her for the first time can be somewhat frightened of her because of this biological eccentricity of hers- as such, the locals often speak to outsiders or potential new customers of her restaurant before they meet Sundae, and let them know about it in advance.
Outside of work, Sundae can be found socialising with her friends over fine wine for the most part, but she is not adverse to reading poetry or books- she has a deep-rooted love of mystery novels in particular. Additionally, Sundae enjoys reading on the military history of Earth, and has developed an interest in tanks.
(It is noted that we at the Bureau have been informed that she likes the British Crusader tank for its aesthetic alone. We cannot account for her poor taste in armoured vehicles, but we digress.)
When it comes to more personal matters, Sundae D’Elegance is single, heterosexual, and currently looking for a partner. She is unbothered about the species of a suitor, and cares only that she is treated with dignity, respect, and love. She naturally values a chivalrous guy and is apparently a real cuddlebug with a love for sensual full-body massage, along with her guilty pleasure of ear-scritches.
