When Giant Ponies and Creatures Attack - Episode 13 - The Wrath of Rain Shine
Summary: Twilight Sparkle and Fluttershy must protect Melbourne from a giant evil Rain Shine (someone who Twilight Sparkle and her friends saved before in Germany), who is targeting the city and destroying everyone and everything in the city.
After an exhausting battle in Seattle yesterday, Twilight Sparkle finds Fluttershy and takes her along for her next adventure. The next day, they visit Melbourne, Australia. Fluttershy was feeling a little suspicious that Twilight Sparkle already visited Australia just a few days ago even she was not with the alicorn princess on that day.
“Didn’t you visited this country already?” Fluttershy asked Twilight Sparkle.
“Yes, except it was a different city named Sydney, and that city is from this one.” Twilight Sparkle answered Fluttershy’s question, and reminded the latter that she was in a different city the last time she visited Australia. “The city we are in is Melbourne.”
“Oh, okay.” Fluttershy understood the thing Twilight Sparkle told her.
Knowing that she and Twilight Sparkle are visiting Melbourne and not Sydney, Fluttershy could tell just in her mind that Melbourne and Sydney are very far away and that Melbourne is about nine hours away from Sydney.
“How’s everypony else doing, Twilight?” Fluttershy asks Twilight Sparkle, wondering what is happening with the others during this time searching for the two evil alicorns.
“So far, Pinkie Pie is still with Rarity in Toronto, Starlight Glimmer and Sunburst are with each other in Pittsburgh, and Applejack is with Rainbow Dash in Miami.” Twilight Sparkle gives Fluttershy the latest news about where the other six ponies are. “They all have told me they are still looking for Daybreaker and Nightmare Moon in those cities right now.” She added.
Fluttershy remembers herself something and she realizes that the task searching for Daybreaker and Nightmare Moon is getting more difficult each and every single day.
Having the shy pegasus pony with her on a mission saving a city from someone who is under control through a dark spell, Twilight Sparkle needs Fluttershy to act serious and get ready whenever danger approaches.
“Fluttershy, if we see anyone we know turned evil and attacks this city, stay with me and become more brave and fight seriously.” Twilight Sparkle tells Fluttershy.
“Anything as you say, I will show them that when I brush off my shy self, they’ll see my more bravery and tough side and I got something for them!” Fluttershy spoke more in a better confident tone, which is what Twilight Sparkle wants to see.
“Good words, Fluttershy! Be a fighter with a serious attitude!” Twilight Sparkle cheers for Fluttershy promising that she will fight as hard as she would and help Twilight Sparkle defeat whoever is under Nightmare Moon and Daybreaker’s control at this time.
Twilight Sparkle and Fluttershy resume walking and they shall prepare themselves for battle whenever the time comes closer and closer.
“So, wanna discover some animals and explore the nature around Melbourne?” Fluttershy asked her friend, offering a chance where they can go and look for animals around the city and discover the nature.
“I think we should save that for Sydney.” Twilight Sparkle replied.
Just as the two ponies keep strolling through the streets, they started hearing the residents screaming and running in fear, which meant something huge was approaching them all.
“Great, I never knew that we would be determining an enemy attacking this city was happening already now.” Twilight Sparkle turns her head around and sees a giant Kirin known as Rain Shine destroying buildings with magic beams coming from her huge horn.
“Oh, no! The two evil alicorns have turned Rain Shine evil, too!” Fluttershy was worried that Nightmare Moon and Daybreaker would place the queen of the Kirin under their control with a dark spell.
Rain Shine laughs very evilly as she watches the citizens flee from her terror, as she fired more magic blasts at other buildings around her. She only cared about herself and she has no mercy for these earthlings. Rain Shine was darker, and her eyes are even darker.
“Say goodbye, you foolish humans!” Rain Shine said while she stepped on vehicles with her hooves, crushing them. “You all must wiped out! Witness the true power of the Kirin Queen!”
“She’ll kill us all!” One man shouted before he grabbed his sister’s hand and resume running.
Rain Shine levitated another man who was escaping with his girlfriend, and dragged him towards her, and she knows that she must kill her enemies, whether or not they get in her way.
“Jeffery, come back!” The man’s girlfriend watched Rain Shine take the man away from her.
As Jeffery struggled breaking free, Rain Shine quickly levitated him further into the air, bringing him even more closer and have him more terrified.
“I demand you release me this instant, you evil tyrant!” Jeffery shouted at Rain Shine.
“You would dare disrespect me like that?!” Rain Shine was angered for the man’s defiance towards her, showing that he is not giving her any respect as she was evil and under the two evil alicorns’ control. “You’ll definitely have a slow and painful death wish coming for you, you foolish imbecile!”
“No, no! Let me go, I beg you! Jeffery requested, but Rain Shine silences his mouth as she squeezed him with her magic, which is red.
Jeffery’s girlfriend reacted in horror with her hands on her cheeks as she watched her boyfriend almost dying and that saving him would be useless.
“Die!” Rain Shine squeezed Jeffery even more, which would result in him blowing up.
“Nooooooooooooooooooooo!” Jeffery screamed in pain right before he exploded and become dust, with nothing left out of him at all.
Rain Shine laughed in cruel and wicked way, seeing Jeffery dead while Jeffery’s girlfriend is crying in tears, saddened that the evil and rude Kirin Queen killed her boyfriend just right before her eyes.
“Now’s your turn, and you’ll meet the same fate as your boyfriend.” Rain Shine stomped her hooves, shaking the ground as she targeted Jeffery’s girlfriend next.
“Leave me alone!” Jeffery’s girlfriend backed away as the Kirin Queen approached her closer.
“I wish I could, but since I hate humans, I’m afraid I must kill you, even if you do like it or you don’t like it.” Rain Shine reminded Jeffery’s unnamed girlfriend that she doesn’t care and they all are going to suffer the pain from her either way. “I don’t allow worships because you humans will defy me after all.”
“Please, let us live! Let us live! I will do everything for you, your highness…” Jeffery’s girlfriend begged the evil Rain Shine to spare her life.
Rain Shine cackles evilly over the teenage girl’s poor request that she can stay alive.
“Shut up! I told you I’m not letting you tinies go! I’m doing a favor for Daybreaker and Nightmare Moon and I must accomplish this for them, now!” Rain Shine raised her voice in frustration as she grew tired of the humans wishing they can be kept alive when she simply just said she is not doing so.
Finishing things here and now, Rain Shine fired a magic beam from her horn, and send it towards Jeffery’s girlfriend, hoping that she makes sure that the teen girl dies for good.
“Stop it! Stop it!” Jeffery’s girlfriend cried as the blast came towards her even more.
It looked like Jeffery’s girlfriend would be dead right now as she covered her head with her hands, but suddenly Twilight Sparkle teleported herself in front, protecting the tiny from Rain Shine’s deadly attack.
“Me and Fluttershy are gonna take over.” Twilight Sparkle ordered the girl to leave immediately as Rain Shine is already a threat for the humans.
Jeffery’s girlfriend started running away as Fluttershy and Twilight Sparkle are preparing themselves for battle against Rain Shine.
“Rain Shine, I don’t know what you’ve been doing towards these innocent humans, but me and Fluttershy are gonna end it now!” Twilight Sparkle told Rain Shine, having witnessed the massive destruction Rain Shine has caused all over Melbourne. “We already have figured out that you are doing Daybreaker and Nightmare Moon favors, and we’ll prevent it from happening anymore!”
“How clever that you knew I’d be on the dark side and doing those two evil alicorns a little favor indeed…” Rain Shine chuckled, surprised Fluttershy and Twilight Sparkle could tell what her plans are and that she must succeed her plan.
“Funny that we saved her life before, and now she becomes evil, therefore she’s an enemy.” Twilight Sparkle told Fluttershy, who agrees with what she is saying.
Fluttershy didn’t expect Rain Shine being an ally when they saw her last time, being a villain as she and Twilight Sparkle meet her the second time, which does change everything.
“You might have defeated Autumn Blaze, but I won’t be going down so easy!” Rain Shine warned the two ponies that she is not losing today. “I am the queen, and nothing you do can work on me!”
“That’s what you believe is true when it isn’t!” Twilight Sparkle argued back, standing up for the tinies and defend them from the evil Rain Shine.
“We can’t let you do as you please!” Fluttershy refused to let Rain Shine getting away with anything evil this time.
“Really?” Rain Shine asked, seeing that both ponies want to challenge her a fight, even though she finds them nowhere near her level. “Well, in that case, I guess you two can suffer next since you both won’t stay out of my way and let me kill these tinies. This’ll be over soon.”
There’s no holding back and there’s no going back either, Fluttershy and Twilight Sparkle are in for a dangerous battle against the evil Rain Shine.
Twilight Sparkle and Fluttershy fly into the air and together they attack Rain Shine with a punch just only using hooves, and they kept on attacking the evil Kirin queen, but they soon realized that these attacks are not doing good.
“What? How could those punches not work?” Twilight Sparkle finds her punches having no effect on Rain Shine at all.
“You ponies should know how outclassed you really are.” Rain Shine told Twilight Sparkle and Fluttershy before slapping them away with her hoof hardly. “Given how large I am, you can defeat me!”
“This is bad. She’s getting stronger…” Fluttershy senses the darkness inside Rain Shine growing more powerful, just like how she has predicted.
Twilight Sparkle heard Fluttershy very clear and she came up with a plan on how they shall defeat Rain Shine regarding how huge she was, and everyone are counting on the two ponies as they are only ones who could stop her.
“Hey, I got an idea!” Twilight Sparkle said before use teleportation, appearing behind Rain Shine, leaving Fluttershy in the front still.
“What are you doing, Twilight?” Fluttershy wonders what Twilight Sparkle was scheming. However, this only resulted in Rain Shine levitating her with her magic, deciding she should destroy the shy pegasus first.
Having captured Fluttershy in her grip, Rain Shine laughed evilly as she will make Fluttershy meet her end.
“Twilight, she’s got me! You gotta hurry and stop her!” Fluttershy yelled, calling for help.
“Don’t worry, I will save you in time!” Twilight Sparkle fired a super magic blast at Rain Shine, hitting her from her mane, freeing Fluttershy from her magic. Fluttershy flapped her wings so that she remains in the air.
Rain Shine turned around, paying attention towards Twilight Sparkle following an attack she had just unleashed on her while she captured Fluttershy.
“You… are so gonna pay for that!” Rain Shine glares at Twilight Sparkle with hatred and anger towards her, as she promised Twilight Sparkle that she will crush her until there’s not anything left in her.
Pushed to her limits, Rain Shine fired multiple magic beams at Twilight Sparkle as she started flying, but Twilight Sparkle dodges her attacks each and every time they try and touch her.
“Stay still!” Rain Shine screamed in rage as she kept missing a single blast at Twilight.
“You’ll have to do better than that!” Twilight Sparkle said as she continue dodging the further blasts coming straight towards her, until she eventually used teleportation once again, disappearing once more.
“Where’d she go?” Rain Shine wondered, looking around and see where Twilight Sparkle was hiding now.
While Rain Shine didn’t see Twilight Sparkle anywhere in her sights, she was actually unaware that Twilight Sparkle appeared behind her as she continued finding her elsewhere.
“Take another look behind you!” Twilight Sparkle shouted as loud as possible before using teleportation again, therefore Rain Shine couldn’t spot her once more as she turned her head around and heard her voice yet again.
“Come on, stop playing hide and seek with me! This isn’t funny at all!” Rain Shine demanded that Twilight Sparkle shows up somewhere she can strike her hard.
Twilight Sparkle teleported herself in front of Rain Shine again, and she has something for the queen that will finish her off.
“Have it! Super Twilight Magic Beam x3!” Twilight Sparkle fired her special attack on Rain Shine, in which her magic as three times bigger, and when her super secret technique came towards Rain Shine fast, it hit her lower mane where her chest is, damaging her enough where she can’t attack Twilight Sparkle.
Unable to feel herself moving, Rain Shine struggled and screamed in pain before she started collapsing and fell asleep on the streets unconscious.
After defeating Rain Shine, the Kirin Queen reverted back to her regular size self again. The evil and darkness that took control over Rain Shine faded away, returning her back on the good side, where she belongs.
Fluttershy and Twilight Sparkle walked towards Rain Shine, who is knocked out cold and has her eyes and mouth both fully closed, and she couldn’t wake up.
“I’m glad we defeated Rain Shine, Twilight.” Fluttershy happily tells Twilight Sparkle with excitement and saw that the darkness within Rain Shine was forever gone at least. “So glad she’s back on the right and truthful side… Thank heavens…”
“Indeed we have, but there’s still other friends and allies we have known that are gonna be targeted soon.” Twilight Sparkle reminded Fluttershy everyone else will still become the victims when Daybreaker and Nightmare Moon use a dark spell on them, which they will turn into villains just like how Daybreaker and Nightmare Moon themselves are.
“Oh, right… that part…” Fluttershy said, noticing that more friends she has known may end up becoming evil once Daybreaker and Nightmare Moon place them under a dark spell. “But what shall we do?” Fluttershy asked Twilight Sparkle.
“I will sort things out.” Twilight Sparkle answered, figuring out how the next mission shall go when she looks for Rarity. “For now, let’s just get out of here.”
Twilight Sparkle and Fluttershy walk away from Rain Shine as she was still unconscious, hoping the ambulance will take her to a hospital somewhere safe.
Both ponies have completed the task freeing Rain Shine from the dark spell Nightmare Moon and Daybreaker used on her, but the two ponies don’t realize that Daybreaker and her sister, Nightmare Moon, are still gonna keep on getting away with everything before the other ponies can find her.
Will Twilight Sparkle continue saving the world any further and free her fallen friends from Daybreaker and Nightmare Moon using dark spells upon them?
