When Giant Ponies and Creatures Attack - Episode 11 - Deadly Beauty Mare
Summary: Set in Sydney, a giant Fleur-de-Lis attacks the civilians in Sydney and Rainbow Dash and Twilight Sparkle must work together and stop her from destroying the city.
Following what happened in Atlanta during sunset the previous day, Twilight Sparkle has decided that they should separate themselves for now and see if they can look for Daybreaker and Nightmare Moon alone. Rainbow Dash was the only pony who remained with Twilight Sparkle. The next day, they two ponies go and visit Sydney, hoping someone will not be turning evil in the city.
“Just me and you, huh?” Rainbow Dash asked Twilight Sparkle, seeing that is just her and the latter that must be careful for any other friends and allies they have known that may end up under the dark spell Daybreaker and Nightmare Moon have created.
“Indeed. For now, I decided that we should split into two teams, and I needed you staying with me for a reason.” Twilight Sparkle answered Rainbow’s question. “Applejack is with Fluttershy, Pinkie is with Rarity, and Starlight is paired up with Sunburst during this time. We are giving them some time to find Daybreaker and Nightmare Moon on their own for a while until I decide we can be together as a group again.” Twilight Sparkle added.
“Okay, I get it.” Rainbow Dash was understanding what Twilight Sparkle is telling her.
The two ponies started flying down and go take a look around Sydney and do something fun together. When Twilight Sparkle and Rainbow Dash came down with a nice landing, spreading those wings gently, they are greeted by the citizens, surprised that the two winged-ponies would make an appearance like today.
“Thank you all!” Rainbow Dash waves her hoof at the cheering crowd adoring her and Twilight Sparkle.
“Me and Rainbow are taking a look around this city, and see something exciting for me and her all over this city.” Twilight Sparkle told the humans, who look so happy seeing her and Rainbow Dash always, knowing they are heroines like usual.
Minutes later, Twilight Sparkle and Rainbow Dash went inside the Sydney Tower Eye, getting an excellent view of the city.
“On the very top floor, we are looking at Sydney with a great day enjoying being going so high viewing the city.” Rainbow Dash was enjoying herself being on the top of the building.
“What can you see from up here?” Twilight Sparkle asked Rainbow Dash.
“I see the Sydney Opera House!” Rainbow Dash replied, pointing her hoof at the famous building where singers and musicians perform at the Sydney Opera House randomly. “I’d be sure that we could sing a song together at that place.” She was wishing she and Twilight Sparkle can perform as a duo at the Opera House.
Twilight Sparkle giggles, finding that she and Rainbow Dash singing together in Sydney might sound not so bad after all.
What would be more interesting is Twilight Sparkle creates a song playlist for all the songs she has made solo, and so does Rainbow Dash, who is feeling the same way in her opinion she shares with Twilight.
“The nature, the singing, all that stuff…” Rainbow Dash looks more excited beyond the fact that she can go discover some animals in the wildlife.
“Yes, this place is absolutely the best city where we can go on and rock it out at the house, showing who’s the top duo!” Twilight Sparkle thought about go perform a song about rock and roll, and Rainbow Dash agrees with her about the genre.
“Rock and roll, rock and roll, rock and roll!” Rainbow Dash said in a singing-like voice.
Both Rainbow Dash and Twilight Sparkle laugh at the same time spending some fun time at the Sydney Tower Eye together without the other ponies around. All they could think about would be discovering the nature and singing at the Sydney Opera House, where everyone will praise for being good singers sometime in the future.
Twilight Sparkle and Rainbow Dash left the Tower Eye minutes later as they would appeared outside the entrance, wondering what else they could do through the city.
“Anything else we can do something awesome?” Twilight Sparkle asked Rainbow Dash, determining what is the next thing they can have that will entertain them. “I mean, we should go visit the Opera House for a while a perform a song.” Twilight Sparkle suggested.
“Nah, we can go sing at the Sydney Opera House next time.” Rainbow Dash replied, saving the singing part for another day whenever they visit Sydney.
“What? Why?” Twilight Sparkle wondered.
Rainbow Dash couldn’t even answer the question, prefer keeping it as a secret. She turns her head up looking at sky where the birds are chirping loudly, satisfying the humans down below, who could whistle and follow the birds and so would Rainbow Dash.
Twilight Sparkle shrugs, and just kept on walking.
“Why don’t we go and eat somewhere?” Rainbow Dash asked Twilight Sparkle, now having some hunger inside herself.
“I’m alright with that!” Twilight Sparkle agreed with Rainbow Dash, feeling so hungry as she is. “I just hope they have some hamburgers and fries, because those are among my favorite things that I eat during the lunch hours!”
“I wanna eat some, too!” Rainbow Dash said, volunteering herself that she eats the same meal as Twilight Sparkle once they find a restaurant somewhere around Sydney.
Sadly, before Rainbow Dash and Twilight Sparkle can eat anywhere around the city, they felt the ground shaking below their hooves a little. They stopped as a result of this.
“What on earth?” Twilight Sparkle felt like it was an earthquake, but not exactly the case.
The city was getting less silent and more loud. The two ponies see humans running in fear, and it means that it must be another giant pony on the loose. In fact, Rainbow and Twilight actually felt the ground shaking even louder as there was a giant pony approaching.
“Run, there’s a giant pony attacking us all! Run for the hills!” A male citizen screamed while running along the other several panicking citizens running from this giant pony attacking the city.
“Who?” Rainbow Dash was confused about who the man was talking about.
However, Twilight Sparkle turned back and saw a giant unicorn with a pink mane and tail and a white coat, crushing buildings and vehicles underneath her hooves.
“Rainbow Dash, behind us!” Twilight Sparkle told Rainbow Dash, making the latter turn around, too. Rainbow Dash was in shock when she saw another giant evil pony running loose yet again. This pony is known as Fleur-de-Lis.
Fleur-de-Lis was huge, and her eyes are red. Her magic from her horn started activating and she prepared to kill Twilight Sparkle and Rainbow Dash, who are among the ones standing in her way.
“Get out the way!” Rainbow Dash grabbed Twilight Sparkle just in time before Fleur-de-Lis fired a magic blast at the two ponies.
The giant evil unicorn pony laughed evilly as she saw both ponies avoid her dangerous attack that almost killed them. However, Fleur-de-Lis still wasn’t anywhere done, as she sees Twilight Sparkle and Rainbow Dash still standing up and are back up, and are ready for a fight against her regarding her huge size.
“Well, well, well, looks like somepony wants to fight me, huh?” Fleur-de-Lis asked with an evil smirk on her face.
“Rainbow, we gotta fight this evil pony.” Twilight Sparkle told Rainbow Dash, reminding the latter that Fleur-de-Lis is the under the influence dark magic, and they can’t break her free from the spell until they defeat her and it must be done together.
“I know.” Rainbow Dash was brave and determined to fight the evil and deadly Fleur-de-Lis.
The two winged-ponies have themselves in a confrontation with the giant evil unicorn who claims herself as being so deadly and dangerous towards the tinies. But with just the two ponies like themselves, Fleur-de-Lis was not going down either.
“I’m doing this for Daybreaker and Nightmare Moon, and I promise them that I will destroy you both!” Fleur-de-Lis told Rainbow Dash and Twilight Sparkle, not allowing of any her enemies getting away with living.
“Looks we figured out the truth, Twilight.” Rainbow Dash turned herself at Twilight Sparkle, looking at the latter. “It seems we’ve been correct all along. Those two evil alicorns have this pony working for them and doing them favors. If we want her back on the good side, then you and me gotta work together and stop her destruction.”
“I will attack her first.” Twilight Sparkle flies towards the giant-sized Fleur-de-Lis, who dared her to try and strike her with any attack without magic.
Twilight Sparkle kicked Fleur-de-Lis’ legs, but it didn’t hurt her, not even scratching her.
Dark Fleur-de-Lis caught Twilight Sparkle with her magic, and laughed evilly when she saw Twilight Sparkle struggled breaking free when the latter couldn’t use her magic in time as hers would no be enough getting out of the unicorn’s trap.
“What’s wrong? Can’t handle a mare who is so deadly and fatal?” Fleur-de-Lis asked Twilight Sparkle, wondering if she can’t even move a single hoof. “Don’t worry, I’m destroying you first and Rainbow Dash next. You ponies can’t stop one deadly beauty mare like myself.”
“Rainbow Dash, hurry up!” Twilight Sparkle called out for Rainbow’s name.
Rainbow Dash quickly flaps her wings and fly fast. She goes around Fleur-de-Lis, kicking her in the neck from behind, making her drop Twilight Sparkle.
Before hitting the ground, Twilight Sparkle levitated herself with magic, keeping her safe.
“That was a close one…” Twilight Sparkle was in relief that she would be saved in time, otherwise Fleur-de-Lis could have defeated her for sure. “And for a minute, I thought I was a goner.”
Fleur-de-Lis was getting angry following an attack from Rainbow Dash behind her.
“You little brat! How dare you do that to me?!” Fleur-de-Lis shouted as she turns her attention towards Rainbow Dash.
Rainbow Dash charges towards Fleur-de-Lis again, preparing for another finishing blow, but right before she can try doing so, Fleur-de-Lis smacked her with her hoof, pushing her away. Thinking that she might have pushed the giant evil unicorn pony a bit too far, Rainbow Dash was in trouble.
“Uh-oh!” Rainbow Dash gulps, seeing Fleur-de-Lis snarling at her in anger.
Rainbow Dash flies herself up, giving the evil pony unicorn the an easy chance where she can fire a magic beam at her.
Fleur-de-Lis fires a magic blast towards Rainbow Dash, and her blast soon catch up with the pegasus who tried escaping from her wrath. But it was not happening, because at this very moment, the blast soon hit Rainbow Dash in the back, stopping her from flying.
Twilight Sparkle gasped in shock as she saw Rainbow Dash falling down, knowing the latter was not speaking, which means that Fleur-de-Lis has Rainbow Dash knocked out cold for a temporary time.
“I gotta catch her!” Twilight Sparkle teleported herself into the air, and right before Rainbow Dash could touch the ground, Twilight Sparkle safely catches her with her hooves.
Twilight Sparkle places Rainbow Dash on a bench so she could rest until she finally wakes up.
Fleur-de-Lis laughs evilly as she believes that she has gotten the victory, but she refrains herself from laughing as Twilight Sparkle was angry with her for what she just did towards Rainbow Dash.
All that Fleur-de-Lis cares for was just tormenting her enemies, like Rainbow Dash, for instance, and destroying the city, not to mention she looked back at the buildings that have been caught on fire that she destroyed with her magic and with her hooves she stepped on. This pony was far deadly beyond anyone’s imagination.
“That’s it!” Twilight Sparkle yelled as she is pushed to her limits.
“Oh, my. Somepony’s angry for her own friend who is out for the count.” Fleur-de-Lis was knowing the frustration inside Twilight Sparkle over her fallen pegasus friend.
Twilight Sparkle walked towards the evil Fleur-de-Lis, who was definitely in a mood fighting her, and this was where things are going to get more heated.
“Me and you! I will make you pay a thousand times fold for what you have done towards my friend.” Twilight Sparkle told Fleur-de-Lis, promising the giant evil unicorn that she will defeat her one way or another.
“If you wanna fight me bad, then go on ahead.” Fleur-de-Lis said, firing her magic beam at Twilight Sparkle.
However, Twilight Sparkle unleashed her magic as Fleur-de-Lis’ magic came at hers, resulting in a magic beam struggle between the two ponies as the battle begins now. Knowing that she must win, Twilight Sparkle tried pushing her magic forward as hard as she can.
“Come on, come on…! Get angrier, Twilight…!” Twilight Sparkle told herself, having a heart where she must finish the evil giant Fleur-de-Lis. It’s now or never.
Twilight Sparkle successfully pushed her magic back against Fleur-de-Lis.
“There’s no way I’m letting one pony like you get away with a trick like this!” Fleur-de-Lis pushed her magic forward, and send Twilight’s magic back.
“What?!” Twilight Sparkle saw her magic being pushed back towards her while the magic beam struggle was still happening.
It seems as if she would be losing this fight, but Twilight Sparkle let out a loud shouting, which made her magic go forward even further.
“Okay, I gotta triple up my magic. Only that way I can prove it may stop her…!” Twilight Sparkle said, as she increases her magic times three, making her magic push Fleur-de-Lis’ magic back even more.
Soon Fleur-de-Lis’ magic was almost hitting close to hitting her horn, it was over for her.
“No, no, no!” Fleur-de-Lis couldn’t keep up with the battle as her magic soon hit her horn, and then her entire body was pushed back, receiving some damage.
“Yes, I got her for good!” Twilight Sparkle said with excitement.
Twilight Sparkle flaps her wings up, flying in midair, and sees that Fleur-de-Lis was successfully hit by her magic that was increased as much as three times possible.
“I don’t know how you did it, Twilight Sparkle, but I’ve had it with you! I’ve had it, I’ve had it, I’ve had it!” Fleur-de-Lis screamed in anger, as she fired multiple magic blasts at Twilight Sparkle.
Even so, Twilight Sparkle dodged all of Fleur-de-Lis’ magic beam blasts, even sending some back towards her.
Fleur-de-Lis was hit when blasts she fired backfired, and instead it hits her.
With the chance being now, Twilight Sparkle decided that now’s the time she finishes things and get the job done fast.
“Alright, take this!” Twilight Sparkle fired a super magic blast towards Fleur-de-Lis while she was caught off-guard, and that her attack struck Fleur-de-Lis harder, giving her even more damage, and making her unable to stay up any longer.
Fleur-de-Lis screamed in pain as she soon collapsed onto the ground, therefore she was defeated, and reverted back to her normal size upon being defeated.
Twilight Sparkle flies down, coming with a nice landing and she was surprised that everything gets difficult at first, but it gets better once she always comes up with ideas on how she can deal with a giant, pony or a non-pony.
“That’s over…!” Twilight Sparkle was exhausted from all that fighting she had.
At the same time, Rainbow Dash wakes up, finally opening up her eyes again. And she realizes that she sees Twilight Sparkle safe while she was unconscious this whole time.
“What happened? Where am I? What is going on?” Rainbow Dash asked, wondering how things are going right now.
“I defeated her!” Twilight Sparkle told Rainbow Dash, reminding her that she has defeated Fleur-de-Lis and break her free from the dark magic Daybreaker and Nightmare Moon have placed on her.
“Great job, Twilight! You finally stopped the giant evil unicorn who’s been attacking this city!” Rainbow Dash congratulates Twilight Sparkle for saving Sydney.
“And while the nightmare in Sydney is finished, we can’t stop now. There’s still more friends and allies we have that will end up under one of Daybreaker’s evil spells.” Twilight Sparkle warned Rainbow Dash that time is running out before Nightmare Moon and Daybreaker target the next one.
“Right! We gotta go check in with the rest!” Rainbow Dash said.
Twilight Sparkle and Rainbow Dash walked away from the defeated Fleur-de-Lis as they should see how the others are doing and hoping they have found Daybreaker and Nightmare Moon at this time.
It won’t be long until, however, Daybreaker and Nightmare Moon capture the next hero who supports the Mane Six. And can Twilight Sparkle complete the next missions with at least one or two ponies during this time? Or will these missions prove too much for Twilight Sparkle and the gang?
