Well, either those magical leylines are having some odd effects on the signal or we’ve encountered something else. The Royal Guard certainly felt this was worth burying behind enough encryptors of their own…clearly not enough, though ;)
But, for the benefit of those of you who are new or of the dozy disposition, that message has thus far left our dear friends and Princess panderers in the D.I.D.R rather flummoxed. Though who can blame them? Whoever is sending them doesn’t seem to count logic among their highest priorities.
Now, a OTP is not that great a challenge provided you have the right tools and the know-how (Much like that other kind of OTP, eh, tumblr? ;)

Hacking government databases and co-opting interdimensional info-streams on behalf of a classy lady in deep trouble is thirsty work.
