Attack on Firelight and Stellar Flare - Episode 2 - Nothing Can Stop Us
Summary: Victor, Melissa, Travis, Jeffery, Mitch and Mr. Wilson team up with John, Hannah and Walter when two giant unicorns named Firelight and Stellar Flare attack Chicago. However, in the midst of battle between the heroes and the evil giant unicorns, another pony makes an appearance, helping the humans out.
The six residents from New York have entered Dallas, finding the place not so silent, and it sure was a hot city this time around as usual. It was 4:30 PM and the heroes suddenly notice that they should do something while the giant ponies are not around at this time, having disappeared somewhere where they cannot be found.
“So, this is Dallas…” Mr. Wilson spoke, having recognized the city for the structures, seeing the place so large, but not as large as his hometown.
“Huh? Do you know remember this city?” Melissa asked Mr. Wilson, as she realized that he has possibly remembered the city before in the past.
Mr. Wilson responded, saying, “Yes, I have. I attended Bryan Adams High School as a teenager and graduated from that school at age 18 and then I attended the University of North Texas at Dallas and graduated from that university. My younger brother lived in this city a few years ago after he graduated from college, but now he currently resides in Los Angeles. I sure have missed my younger brother. We haven’t seen each other since over five years ago…”
Victor placed his hand on Mr. Wilson’s left shoulder, feeling sorry for Mr. Wilson not being in touch with his brother in a long time. “Hey, I’m sure you’ll see him someday.” He told Mr. Wilson, giving him advice that he will eventually see his younger brother one day.
“Thanks, Victor.” Mr. Wilson accepted Victor’s words, feeling appreciated that he will see his brother some time soon.
“Ooh, I definitely wanna see him, too!” Travis said, feeling excited and dreaming about seeing Mr. Wilson’s younger brother, who lives somewhere in Los Angeles. “I just can’t wait for that, I just can’t wait!”
“So do I!“Jeffery and Mitch both agreed, speaking at the same time.
Mr. Wilson, seeing his friends having an agreement with the same thing about meeting his younger brother from California. He seemed excited about the fact that, however, things can be such an interesting idea.
Victor pulled something out of his pocket, and it turns out that it is the portal remote which connects with the portal machine from his house in New York.
“Hey, guys! Next stop: Chicago!” Victor told his friends.
“Are you serious?!” Everyone asked Victor with a surprised look on their faces, wondering if Victor is actually telling the truth.
Victor replied, saying, “Yep, we will be going in that city right now!”
Activating the “ON” button on the portal remote, the portal machine appeared before the heroes, and suddenly everyone walked through the portal and they all are heading for the windy and spectacular city, Chicago.
Victor and his friends now have entered Chicago, finding the place also known as the Windy City. The group looked around and saw everything absolutely busy and crowded, people working inside building, especially the Willis Tower. The city is at a slightly warm temperature. Some people still have long sleeves, while the rest have on short sleeves.
“Looks like this place isn’t so silent.” Mitch told his friends, seeing the people living in Chicago being no joke.
“We should go take a look across this city and tell the people whether or not they know anything about Firelight and Stellar Flare.” Melissa suggested that she and the gang shall search for someone in Chicago and let them know about the two evil giant ponies.
Everyone agreed and Victor, taking the position as the leader as he walks, takes his group a walk and look for someone that knows anything connecting with Firelight and Stellar Flare.
Mitch turned his head, seeing if there’s anyone they can speak with, but he could not find one particular person they can talk with. Minutes later, the group has continued strolling through Chicago on the sidewalks, and as they continued walking, Melissa accidentally bumped into another woman who was walking with two men.
“Hey, you gotta watch where you going!” Hannah, John’s wife, reminded Melissa that she should be careful where she is going when she’s not looking directly at someone appearing before her.
“Oh, I’m so sorry. Me and my friends were just looking for someone we can talk with about the giant evil unicorns that attacked Manhattan, the city where me and my husband and my friends are from.” Melissa told Hannah that the two unicorns she’s talking about are the ones Hannah, John and Walter have never met before.
John, Hannah and Walter looked at each other, confused over what Melissa was telling them, although they eventually find that Melissa has a point.
“Evil unicorns?” Walter asked with a curious look on his face.
“Yes.” Jeffery responded, stealing Melissa’s chance where she could’ve answered Walter’s question. “The two giant evil unicorns are known as Firelight and Stellar Flare, who have no remorse and they show no love towards us humans. They do nothing except destroy buildings and everything else, killing people, even when they are outside.”
The three, now agreeing and believing in what Victor and his friends are saying, befriended the group who came from New York and seeing them as humans who have similar traits with encountering giant ponies.
Victor and John shook hands, becoming allies and friends at the same time, knowing they and everyone else are sharing the same thing in common: heroes who try and save cities from giant evil monstrous unicorns that threaten to destroy everything and everyone along with each city they target.
“Alright, we will join you and stop those ponies!” John agreed with helping Victor and his friends defeat the evil Firelight and Stellar Flare whenever they plan on striking Chicago.
“I like that!” Mr. Wilson said, crossing his arms and looking confident that they will win the next battle against Firelight and Stellar Flare, and knowing that with nine people together as a team, it should not be difficult as last time.
Six hours have passed, and the time right now is 11:39 at night. Victor and his group, along with John and his wife, Hannah and their friend, Walter, are at Walter’s house in the living room. They have been drinking some soda and eating some chips and hot dogs.
The seven men have laughed while enjoying soda, whereas Melissa and Hannah have been more likely silent at this point.
“Tell me more about how you went to work without shoes that one time!” Mitch told Travis, remembering how embarrassing it was back in the past once when Travis didn’t had shoes when he visit the Empire State Building.
“What?! No way, bro! Shut up!” Travis denied telling John and Walter anything about he entered the place where walked into without any shoes.
John and Walter laughed at this, annoying Travis and amusing the other men.
“Oh, he sure got in trouble for that, and Mr. Wilson suspended him from work for two days and told him that the next time he came to work without shoes, he would give him a seven-day suspension.” Jeffery added.
“Please, knock it off!” Travis still was feeling upset that the everyone aside from John’s wife and Victor’s wife are laughing at him for being at work with no shoes a long time ago.
Melissa walked into the kitchen and she wanted Hannah coming along with her so they can talk and chat and not be involved in the business the guys are having.
“Can I ask you something?” Melissa asked Hannah.
“Sure, go on ahead. I don’t even mind at all.” Hannah replied, looking forward to receive a question from Melissa.
“How much do you know about New York?” Melissa asked, wondering if Hannah knows anything New York and the life about the state, too.
Hannah thought about the question, and then responded, claiming, “I haven’t been knowing much about New York aside from the sports teams, like the Jets, the Mets, the Knicks and even the Yankees.”
“That’s alright.” Melissa respected Hannah’s opinion and how she feels about the sports team from the state of New York.
Melissa and Hannah walked back into the room where the guys are, who all are still on the couch.
“We should be prepared for the next plan Firelight and Stellar Flare are carrying out because they could end up attacking this city tomorrow at a random time.” Walter told the group, letting them know that tomorrow is another day where they must fight the two giant evil unicorns when they start terror once again.
“And if they do attack this place the day after this.” John stood up proud like a brave man.
Victor walked towards the window, watching the moon in the dark sky, and he felt worried about the next day after today, although he must learn that when Firelight and Stellar Flare attack, he and his friends and allies shall be prepared for the fight.
“Firelight and Stellar Flare, we will stop you both, one way or another…” He said as he kept staring at the window as the night went on.
The next day, it was 5:20 at sunset, and Victor, Melissa, Jeffery, Travis, Mitch, Mr. Wilson, John, Melissa, and Walter have been eating lunch containing ham and turkey sandwiches and french fries. Walter has cooked all this with the help from John this whole time.
“Thanks. I haven’t had a meal like this for dinner in a long time.” Victor said, appreciating Walter for making the dinner.
“No problem, my friend.” Walter happily replied towards Victor, seeing him enjoy the meal he has made. “This has been one of my favorite friends I have had since my childhood when I was only five years old.”
“As they say, whenever you want a sandwich with fries, just have a ham and turkey sandwich! It helps out a lot!” John told Victor before taking a bite out of the sandwich.
Melissa, Hannah and Jeffery laughed while drinking some apple juice.
“Chicken sandwiches are still a good combo with french fries, too, you know?” Melissa, holding her juice in her left hand as she was enjoying the same meal as the others. “I mean, some of my friends in my hometown sometimes eat a meal like this as well.”
“Talk about everyone who loves sandwiches and fries together, it makes a difference.” Travis always compared sandwich and fries lovers with people who loves hamburgers and fries from a fast-food restaurant. “Eating a sandwich with some french fries does improve the “All You Can Eat Burger and Fries” thing.”
“Isn’t that something?” Victor questioned as he was still eating at the table with Jeffery, Melissa, Hannah, and Mr. Wilson. Travis, John, and Mitch are eating at the couch.
Suddenly, as the group continued dinner, a knock on the door was heard, and Walter stopped himself from eating. He walked towards the door to see who it was.
“Come on in, if you would please.” Walter said.
When the door opened, it was a woman with dyed blue hair, panicking that something terrible was happening in Chicago. “Please, help! You gotta come outside!” The woman begged Walter and his friends go outside and this moment because it is currently an emergency. “Firelight and Stellar Flare are here. They’re attacking Chicago!”
“You mean right now? No!” Walter was in shock that he heard something that was very terrifying, though he and his friends still have no choice but help save the citizens from the unicorns attacking Chicago.
Across the city, the two giant evil unicorns, Firelight and Stellar Flare, have been destroying buildings with their magic as the citizens ran away from the terror they have caused. As the dark clouds came quicker and fast, their eyes were as red as fire.
Loud hoofsteps from both unicorns shook the ground more louder, making it very difficult for the tinies to try and escape them.
“Run as much as you can, there’s no place you can hide from us! Ever!” Stellar Flare madly slammed with her hoof to the ground while she stood still and destroyed more buildings with her magic, which was red. Firelight also has red magic.
“We’ll show you all what true terror from unicorn ponies feel like!” Firelight laughed evilly as he fired a magic blast at some tinies running from them, killing them.
The two unicorn ponies both standing past the Willis Tower and 875 North Michigan Avenue, and they were just as large enough reaching the clouds above them. The dark clouds surrounding Firelight and Stellar Flare started coming down on them, giving them even more strength and more power.
“Boy, talk about the dark clouds giving us more power!” Stellar Flare told Firelight, as they felt the powers inside them being truly tremendous. “With that, we can never be stopped right now! You tiny little insects are gonna be crushed underneath our hooves!”
“Having everlasting power and staying giants make us two the most unbeatable unicorns who have ever walked this pathetic planet.” Firelight said with a smirk on his face.
“Nobody has ever thought that this day would be coming, as we would be getting revenge on the tinies and attack another city, like this one for example.” Stellar Flare only cared about the destruction and pain she and Firelight have been giving the tinies, putting the world in a dangerous situation. “I can only feel me and you being untouchable because we are so large that the tinies using anything on us will only backfire!” She added.
Victor and his friends watched from behind Firelight’s hooves, witnessing the massacre they have made all over Chicago.
“Now’s the time we intervene.” John told his friends as they all walk through Firelight as he was not seeing them yet.
Stellar Flare began looking down and she noticed Victor and the rest are between her and Firelight. “Firelight, we got some company.” She told Firelight, letting him know that the tinies who are also heroes stood in the way.
Firelight, hearing what Stellar Flare said, tilted his head, seeing that she was in fact correct. The tinies are upset, but the unicorns are even angrier, left with no choice except a battle.
“You humans just don’t learn, do you?” Firelight looked annoyed seeing why Victor and his friends don’t ever stop getting in the way with the plans he and Stellar Flare are carrying out. He let out a sigh, and promised the tinies they would be dead for good.
“Sorry, but we won’t be giving up this easily!” John told Firelight and Stellar Flare, standing up to the giant evil unicorns, letting them know that he and the others will fight back.
“What a lovely counterclaim…” Stellar Flare said, loving the words John is putting in. Unfortunately, she still didn’t appreciate the fact that she and Firelight must deal with the new friends Victor and the rest have made the other day. “Nine humans against two giant unicorn ponies doesn’t mean anything! We’re still stronger!”
Walter pulled out a gun from his pocket as he started glaring at the two giant unicorns, who both had evil smirks on their faces.
“Oh, gonna shoot us despite how big we are?” Stellar Flare asked Walter, knowing how angry he was, as he had the feeling he would do it anyway. “Go on, I dare you. Shoot us if you want, but let me remind you that it doesn’t work given the size me and Firelight are at.”
“You want it?! Then that’s what you’ll get!” Victor shouted and screamed as he fired bullets from his guns at the two giant evil unicorns, though it was useless, just like how Stellar Flare said it would be.
Walter and the entire group reacted in shock that nothing worked on Firelight and Stellar Flare. Not knowing how powerful they are, they feared the unicorns would end them now.
“Aww, is this all you gotta offer me?” Stellar Flare wondered whether or not that was all the heroes could give her and Firelight. “If so, I’m not impressed at all. Firelight, I think it’s time we kill these tinies right now. I do hate them anyway.”
“Right, boss. These tinies will learn they should not mess with unicorns!” Firelight agreed with the leader, and he connected his horn with Stellar’s horn and the magic from the two unicorn ponies combined together into one, and therefore it would be enough to kill all the humans they are seeing between them.
Firelight and Stellar Flare closed their eyes and fired a single magic blast at the nine heroes. However, just as it looked like they had finished them off, a barrier was created by a certain somepony.
“That’s enough!” The unicorn mare said, who looked upset.
When the two giant unicorns opened their eyes, they looked shocked and realized it was Starlight Glimmer, the daughter of Firelight.
“What the?!” Stellar Flare yelled in anger, disgusted that Starlight Glimmer would be making an appearance at a time like this. “Out of all the ponies, Starlight Glimmer gets in the way with the plans me and Firelight are sharing together. How frustrating.”
“So, my daughter wants to get in our way, huh?” Firelight was angered that his own daughter stood in his way.
“Dad, Sunburst’s mother!” Starlight Glimmer yelled at Firelight and Stellar Flare for destroying and terrorizing the citizens and attacking Chicago. “I don’t know what you two ponies are doing towards these people and the city, but I’ve had enough and I’m gonna stop it all!”
Firelight and Stellar Flare laughed at this, seeing Starlight Glimmer is just bluffing.
“Such words from somepony who is my daughter and she’s just as small as the tinies.” Firelight mocked his daughter’s protests and he didn’t even care. “I feel like that things are gonna be more interesting with you showing up, Pumpky-Wumpkin.”
“I thought I told you to never call me that!” Starlight Glimmer argued with her father, having told him many times before that she doesn’t like being called that in public.
Stellar Flare, now left with a decision between Victor and his friends and Firelight’s daughter, finds that dealing with all ten will not be so easy, since Starlight Glimmer is proving herself a much more worthy fighter compared with the nine humans who already appeared before she could arrive.
Although it was a tough choice, Firelight and Stellar Flare decided they should split up seeing Starlight Glimmer is the one who plans on stopping the two from destroying Chicago further.
“Stellar Flare.” Firelight told his boss, saying her name.
“Yeah?” Stellar Flare replied, knowing what Firelight has to tell her something very important.
“Because Starlight is my daughter, I’ll deal with her on my own.” Firelight told Stellar Flare, in which he would take the chance fighting against his daughter, who would protect the tinies from the extremely massive evil unicorns. “You can handle these nine humans alone because dealing with them and Starlight Glimmer at the same time won’t help.”
“I like that!” Stellar Flare accepted the idea Firelight has given her, and she chased the nine tiny heroes down.
Starlight Glimmer tried to catch up with Victor and the rest, but Firelight slammed his hoof down, knocking her down.
“Sadly, you gotta worry about your own father who’s acting so evil, you don’t know how dangerous.” Firelight laughed as he reminded Starlight Glimmer that his eyes are red, and they mean destroy everything and everyone in his path.
Getting up on her hooves, Starlight was forced to fight her father while Stellar Flare is after the others.
“Okay, dad. If I’m gonna be fighting you, I’m in!” Starlight Glimmer looked determined and charged at her father and teleported herself behind her father, tricking him into thinking that he would catch her so easily.
“Nice trick, Starlight.” Firelight was a bit impressed watching Starlight come up with a teleportation spell Twilight taught her.
However, Firelight levitated his daughter back, and bringing her closer towards him. Starlight struggled breaking free as she was caught in her father’s magic, and she tried multiple times, but there was no point.
“Let me go, father!” Starlight Glimmer demanded her father to put her down immediately.
“I will, but first let me do this so you don’t interrupt me anymore.” Firelight casted a sleeping spell on his daughter and gently placed on the sidewalks. Firelight eventually ran and catch up with Stellar Flare.
Back with Stellar Flare, she finally caught the nine tinies, levitating them into the air, wondering what should she do with them.
“Sorry, but this game is over.” Stellar Flare told the tinies, having enough with the annoyance Victor and his friends have been giving her and Firelight. “I’m technically the leader after all, and I put you all to sleep and Starlight Glimmer is not around to stop me this time, so I hope you all say farewell!”
Stellar Flare, activating the red magic aura from horn, used a sleeping spell on the tinies she was levitating, and so, Victor and the other heroes started sleeping. Stellar Flare placed the tinies on the street, hoping they can sleep for a while.
“That takes cares them.” Stellar Flare said in relief that Victor, Melissa, John and everyone else are absolutely not moving at this moment.
Firelight eventually caught up with his leader and told Stellar Flare, “Hey, I’m back, Stellar Flare. I just got done dealing with my daughter. I put her under a spell where she won’t be waking up.”
“That quick?” Stellar Flare responded, surprised Firelight has just took care of his daughter in just a few minutes. “Anyways, I also have placed these little humans under a sleeping spell where they will not be getting for a while. Now then, where shall we go next? I am sick of this boring city. It doesn’t interest me anymore.”
“Doesn’t matter really.” Firelight said, not even caring about which city he and Stellar Flare would be visiting next.
Afterwards, Stellar Flare created a portal, and she and Firelight walked through the portal, which soon closed afterwards. About one hour later, Starlight Glimmer woke up from the sleeping spell and she was wondering where Victor and his friends are.
“Victor? Melissa? Anybody around?” Starlight Glimmer wondered where they are at this moment. Confused, she teleported herself where Victor and his friends are, though they are still sleeping for a few seconds and then they also woke up.
Starlight Glimmer saw the nine humans wake up and regain consciousness once again.
“Good thing you all are still alive…” Starlight Glimmer told Victor helping him and the others get up.
Victor, Melissa, John, Hannah, Travis, Mitch, Jeffery, Mr. Wilson and Walter all appreciated Starlight Glimmer for trying the best she could to save Chicago from the wrath of her father and Stellar Flare.
“So, you are Firelight’s daughter, right?” Travis asked Starlight Glimmer, wondering if this was actually true.
Starlight Glimmer nods her head, and said, “That’s right, and I have never imagined a nightmare like this one, seeing my father and Sunburst’s mother with red eyes, acting so evil and terrorizing you citizens. So when I heard about this, I decided to step in and save you tinies from the terror my father has been causing, along with Sunburst’s mother.”
“Wait a sec. Lemme get this straight. Stellar Flare is the mother of Sunburst?!” Melissa asked.
“Correct.” Starlight Glimmer responded.
The group and Starlight Glimmer suddenly noticed that Firelight and Stellar Flare have disappeared somewhere that none of them can determine at this moment.
“Hey, where did Firelight and Stellar Flare go?” Mr. Wilson looked all over around himself seeing the two giant unicorns are not in the city.
“I’m afraid they have had already gotten away with it.” Hannah told Mr. Wilson, remembering when they all have been placed under a sleeping spell, Firelight and Stellar Flare escaped through a portal.
“And it appears we can’t search for them now.” Travis said, knowing it is best they let it go.
Walter snapped his finger, creating a portal where he and the others can visit another city.
“Alright, next stop is Los Angeles.” Walter told the group, as they would be heading for that city. “We gotta go find Mr. Wilson’s brother, who lives in that city.”
“Hey, wait for me!” Starlight Glimmer said, offering to help out as well.
However, Victor told Starlight Glimmer, telling her, “We know you are a heroine and you would wanna come with us right now, but we prefer you stay in this city. You can come with us the day after tomorrow. See you later, Starlight!”
All the nine human heroes have walked through the portal where they are visiting Los Angeles, leaving Starlight Glimmer left alone in Chicago still. Starlight Glimmer watched the flames from the damaged and destroyed buildings, and also from the vehicles.
“What do I do…?” Starlight Glimmer wondered, having nothing else to do right now aside from staying in Chicago. “I don’t have Sunburst with me, and I gotta bring him into this city tomorrow and tell him what has happened, plus I gotta see the humans the day after tomorrow. Right now is today…”
While Victor and his friends are going straight for Los Angeles, Starlight Glimmer remains in Chicago and where Firelight and Stellar Flare are at is not determined. Can Starlight Glimmer and the humans have another chance defeating the two unicorn ponies next time?
