Original Description:
This piece was commissioned by pixelpallet6. The idea was to transform Opal into one of those Abyssinian cats like Capper. She’s a little more humanized, but she’s still just as self-important. The client provided the following dialogue:
Day 1: Rarity: I know you want to wear my dresses, but they won’t fit you. Here’s a nice bow for you instead.
Day 2: Opalescence: Meow.
Rarity: Opal, don’t stand like that. Good kitties walk on four legs.
Day 3: Opalescence: Mis collow is meowgly.
Rarity: Opal, put that back on. It goes so well with your fur.
Opalescence: If meow like it, meow wear it.
Day 4: Rarity: Opalescence, how much of the ice cream did you eat?
Opalescence: Nya, you’re so annoying, Rarity. I’ve been sleeping all meowning. I need a pick-meow-up.
Rarity: Oh, as if you you’re not fat enough at this point.
Day 5: Opalescence: Rarity, are you really going out wearing that shabby thing?
Rarity: What’s wrong with my summer gown?
Opalescence: laugh Oh, nothing. I just thought I might have some competition when I ask Capper to the Gala.
Rarity: How did you get an invitation to that?
Opalescence: holds up invitation It’s hard to say no to fabulous.
