Lock your beloved/condemned in this two-part "pillory table" and feed him/her (or deprive them) while they're confined. You could also shake pepper at them, and make them sneeze.

Should have read the fine print, sissy! Just be glad Master hasn’t gotten any goats around to lick honey off those trapped feet of yours while he’s at it. Although, that can be easily arranged Tickle-Slut, Mwuahaha! >XD
