Tell you what. The next time people getting boob jobs and dick mods are trying to enact laws that criminalize addressing them with the wrong terms, then we’ll talk.
Until then I’ll focus on the folks who constantly present themselves as never being more than a hair’s breadth away from committing suicide because someone forced them to remember they’re not actually what they say they are.

People pretend to be something they’re not all the time, like you pretending to be an intelligent member of our species. People also get cosmetic surgery all the fucking time. Do you also think getting a boob-job or penis-reduction surgery is “unnatural”? How about you start complaining about all the genital mutilation religions do to babies, if it bothers you so much.
However, let people capable of controlling their own body actually do so, and fuck off.

For starters I know that a person’s sex is permanently fixed and can never be changed. Men can NEVER become women, and women can NEVER become men. It doesn’t matter how much surgery you get, how many drugs you take, how much you pretend to be something you’re not, it’ll never change the fact you were born how you are and can’t change it. Putting on a dress and cutting off your balls doesn’t make you a woman, it just makes you a disfigured man.
If they can’t handle being told the truth, that their existence IS unnatural, then that’s their problem. Anyone who can only exist so long as their delusion is repeatedly reaffirmed has bigger problems to worry about.
And don’t forget about Daphne either.

And what do you know about neuroscience and identity? Is your mind strictly connected to your body, or is it a separate entity? The fact of the matter is that no one fucking knows. No one understands consciousness. Do patients with locked-in syndrome not have any identity because their mind is no longer connected to their body at all?
The exceptionally high suicide rate is because people like you keep bullying them, you fucking nonce. It’s hard to live when everyone says your existence is unnatural.
Both body and mind are pliable and can be reshaped. DNA is nothing but a blueprint for initial development of the house, but if you don’t like the house then you can make renovations to be more comfortable.

Defining your entire identity, your sum total of your very existence, around the nonsensical belief you were somehow born in the wrong body, isn’t that either.
If you really cared about people being happy, you’d urge them to get the psychological care they really needed so they didn’t run to the party that has an exceptionally high suicide rate. You wouldn’t be urging them to join the party of physical mutilation and risky drug regimens that’ll leave them sterile and disfigured.
You might as well tell someone with an eating disorder they’re morbidly obese even when they’re already skin and bones.

Society is arbitrary and everyone dies the same, why spend time giving a fuck? What you are “not” is alive 100 years from now, and it doesn’t matter if you’re trans or gay or anything. People can live life however the fuck they want, however they are comfortable.
