Thunderbird is hashtag cute tbh
He’s just so fluffy and small and angry all the time so of course he’s gonna be precious 24/7. Especially when he poses.
He’s suchhhh a momma’s boy- only Clear Sky is allowed to call him adorable (but everyone else does anyway).
Some extra notes

Thunder’s got a unicorn tail, which he inherited from Clear Sky. Although as a foal he learned to fly rather quickly, unicorn tails on pegasi are extremely uncommon (in fact, he’s the only pegasus anyone really knows who does have the trait), and it limits his flight, as it is by no means aerodynamic. It has no purpose in flight. Thunder, however, being the overachiever that he is, learns to optimize this “weakness” and make it an advantage. While he’s not necessarily the best flier on the Wonderbolts B Team, he’s certainly up there.

like his mom Rainbow Dash, he’s always hovering around. It’s rare to see him on all fours.

he is sooooo short. like, comically so. he’s the shortest member of his family, and the shortest member of the team. to compensate, he styles his hair every morning so that it stands ridiculously tall, all poofed out.

despite being a pegasus, he takes on a lot of unicorn-associated characteristics. he’s incredibly picky about staying clean and maintaining his coat’s shininess, being all pretty and standing with good posture. he’s a diva like that

he’s always complaining about something. doesn’t matter what it is- if he’s talking, there’s a 95% chance he’ll be whining about something and be all flustered while doing it
