I couldn’t decide if it should be episode 2 because it’s one of two pictures or episode 4 in reference to the movie… so I went with the movie reference because it’s better, I guess. Anyway, this is my second present for no1cool

Anyway, this will probably make the other image a little clearer (or you already guessed it) Twilight Sparkle as Luke Skywalker, Shining Armor as Princess Leia, and Cadence as Han Solo. I knew going into this that Twilight had to be Luke, seeing as they’re both main characters, but I kept waffling on whether Cadence should be Leia or not (considering she has the hair to do the cinnamon buns), but the idea of Shining Armor being the damsel in distress while Cadence has to save him was pretty good too. And since Star Wars had a predominately male cast, I figured a pony version of that world would have a female dominated cast to balance out the universe.

Also, if we assume these characters aren’t just portraying characters, Twilight would probably have been even less helpful than Luke in this rescue/escape. “Guys it occurs to me that the Empire is the legitimate galactic government which means we’re trespassing in a government facility, killing government employees, and basically committing acts of galactic terrorism. It occurs to me that we may not be the good guys here!” with Cady’s response being “Fine, you stay here and surrender to the half-burned Stormtroopers, see if I care!”

And we thought Luke was a whiner in the first movie XD

Also, though I didn’t draw them, I see Starswirl the Bearded as Obi-Wan, Twilight Velvet (or Night Light) as Darth Vader, and Starlight Glimmer as the Emperor.
