This is the first gift out of three gifts I’m drawing for an amazing friend of mine, Golden Heart:. For this first one, he asked for his OC Golden Heart and his wife Octavia relaxing after a big holiday feast of ponies.

I was actually expecting this to be a very challenging piece to draw, but it was actually quite simple and straightforward. I actually really love how Golden Heart turned out. I don’t have much experience drawing changelings, but so far each attempt at drawing one has turned out pretty good.
I wanted to try something different this time around, but I couldn’t get it done. I wanted to switch it up; I feel like my drawings are starting to look repetitive. Similar poses, similar-looking bellies, etc. I dunno, maybe it’s just me. I’m rambling.
