I spent the last week on a Serve trip to Newark New Jersey. One evening during free time at the church where we were staying, I met two of the pastors daughters, both of whom were quite young. I’d been drawing a picture of Luna, and they told me how much they loved My Little Pony. One of them told me her favourite pony was Rainbow Dash. I asked if she had ever seen the show, to which she said no. So I asked if she knew what RD’s personality was like, and she responded with “She loves sliding down rainbows!”. I thought that was adorable, plus she was able to tell me Rainbow Dash was adventurous, so her answer was pretty good. She asked me to draw a picture of Rainbow Dash for her to colour, and this is the result! I did the line art quickly with pens, and she coloured in with crayons. Then she held it up to let me take a picture!
