It’s been a good while since I brought up these versions of the Mane 6, and quite frankly? I was getting unsatisfied with my versions of everypony- So? The return of the Alicorns is in order. Since the last time I talked about them, I’ve come up with a couple more ideas- So let’s give them a revamp, shall we? Oh, and don’t worry, Pinkie got alicorned AFTER Lil’ Cheese was born, so he doesn’t get the alicorn-y powers. Same goes for any other Mane 6 next gen.  
… Also, Twilight should’ve been Luna/Cadance-sized in The Last Problem instead of Celestia-sized don’t @ me.
 

 
One faithful day, the ruler of Equestria- Princess Twilight Sparkle- makes a decision. The Princess went to the other Alicorns; Princess Cadance, and the long-since retired Celestia and Luna, for advice and the four of them came to a conclusion. Gathering her 5 friends, she reveals the decision to turn each of them into an Alicorn so they can better rule alongside her. It took a bit of convincing, Applejack and Rainbow Dash not particularly wanting to be all fancy, but Twilight assured them that they wouldn’t need to and so they agreed.
 
Pinkie Pie - Princess of Emotion  
Equestria’s ultimate super-duper party pony, Pinkie Pie caters to the children of Equestria mostly- becoming an energetic source of fun and excitement across the lands and going to a lot of the ‘grand opening’ event as well. She mostly stays in Ponyville, but now with wings and a horn, she does tend to teleport or fly to other locations a lot.
 
Rainbow Dash - Princess of the Skies  
Instead of ruling in Canterlot, Rainbow Dash stays in Cloudsdale and oversees the weather factories. She’s since learned how to create rainbows with her horn alongside her Sonic Rainboom, so now rainbows are a lot more common in Equestria.
 
Applejack - Princess of Harvest  
The farm pony remains a farm pony, remaining in Sweet Apple Acres and oversees the transportation of food- you can often see her working with Pinkie when it comes to pastries for parties.
 
Fluttershy - Princess of Wildlife  
There are many dangerous creatures in Equestria, not only in just the Everfree Forest. Fluttershy, remaining in her cottage, makes sure that all animals are safe and pose no threat to anypony. If there’s an Ursa Minor, Ursa Major, Cockatrice, or any other monster- Fluttershy has become the one to call.
 
Rarity - Princess of Art  
Rarity was the pony that fitted into her ‘princess’ role better than any of her friends. While Pinkie Pie manages more casual and upbeat parties, Rarity attends events for Canterlot’s higher-class citizens. She’s talented at keeping ponies pleased and makes sure there are plenty of more fancy events.
 
The largest Coronation in recorded history was celebrated, ponies from all over Equestria and beyond coming to Canterlot to celebrate.
