What it turned into was a sort of sequel to The Breaking of Princess Luna:  

 
In this piece it’s years after Luna was rescued and restored beside Celestia as the ruler of Equestria, albeit forever changed in ways. Her powers diminished but returning very slowly, her body covered in enchanted, irremovable tattooing that’s increased her sensitivity. For the most part Luna needs to walk around in special latex suit that allows her to go about her day without bursting into tickle-induced laughter or orgasming on the spot.
 
And due to the particulars of her captivity, she’s picked up a grab bag of kinks as well.
 
Here we see Luna having entrusted someone enough to allow them to touch her exposed body. At this stage allowing someone to play with her foot. Luna being quite a creative and devious switch-play Alicorn at this point.
