Quick drawing of a character from my D&D campaign, Seeker, and her will-o-wisp companion, Daehn.
 
 
Edelweiss, a Breezie and former weaver in the feywilds, suddenly found herself alone when a wildfire destroyed her hollow and left her alone. Breezies love stories, and most come from special breezie adventurers, Seekers, assigned to gather pollen from the dangerous world of the material, and they pass down tales that are told and retold, until it’s unclear what is and is not true. One such story is of a legendary flower that grows in the material, Life Everlasting, which purportedly has the ability to bring the dead back to life. Edelweiss, crowning herself as a Seeker, travelled to the material plane with a will-o-wisp, Daehn, to seek out the flower.
 
Daehn is the tortured soul of a once-great pyromancer, and lends his fire magic to Seeker to assist her on her quest, while secretly only desiring the flower to revive himself, and will lie, cheat, and con Seeker as necessary to get to it. However, as she is the only one who knows where it might be, he begrudgingly has to go along with her scatterbrained antics.
