Blinky and Winky have always shared living in a small dump underground in a dense metropolitan city. The government was not in power anymore and they have been experiencing an anarchist society since birth. They possess great magical abilities since they are unicorns and have been using them to their advantage in survival. Being raiders, pillaging every large industrial area and stealing supplies, they catch a lot of attention from the police in their infamy. In the end, after countless raids from the twins, the police still never manage to catch them.
