Serenity Song  
had trouble with her face… grrr.. okay, now for a backstory. used the map of equestria for reference. yes, used altered names of famous singers. nothing too drastic.  
Serenity is a pegasus from Manehatten. At young age, she was quite a talented singer, and often performed in choirs in the theaters around the town. Although once rejected from the grand opera houses she yearned to grace, her parents encouragement pushed her to leave Manehatten for Baltimare. For years, she traveled from city to city, sweeping everypony who came to her concerts. Her talent was picked up by more well known voices of the music world, and she was introduced in duets with notable singers such as Rose Ponsella, Doris Hay, and future husband Don Jenver. Serenity and Don met on a train to Filly Delphia, and the pair decided to tour together after only spending an hour with each other. Over the next few years, although they didn’t always tour together, they still bumped into each other every few weeks. A romance eventually developed, but they kept apart for a few more years, as Serenity was getting the greatest deal of her career, and he had his solo career. The two finally married back in Manehatten as soon as Serenity finished probably the last tour of her life, a tour that promoted her last ever album, “Silence Between Thunder”. The marriage was short-lived, however, and Don was lost in a zeppelin that crashed on its journey to Applewood.  
Recently, Serenity closed her last chapter, and now heads to Canterlot, trying to slip away from the public image she once shined so she may live her life in peace. Even if she has now faded from newspapers in major cities, small cities still scrutinize her actions, trying to start unnecessary drama with rumors about her pregnancy coupled with her husbands loss. Though, ponies are sure that these are just small-town rumors.
