The recent re-assimilation of the Crystal Empire, and the inauguration of a new Princess, Princess Celestia has grown confident that with those to her side, she can be able to acquire neighboring sovereignties. Equestria, seeking to accommodate its ever growing population, has occupied neutral territories to its south and eastern borders causing tensions with its neighboring principalities and kingdoms.
 
War was imminent; the high Pricess of Equestria knew that alone, they cannot sustain a prolonged conflict, not with several kingdoms uniting against her in multiple fronts. War is a stranger among local pony folk and Equestria’s armed forces have not tasted any bloodshed or conflict in an industrial scale, nor does it have the sufficient size and armament to participate in one. But the consolidation of these neighboring territories is a must, and Equestias resources are no longer able to sustain the growing population. So perhaps a peaceful way is to be sought after.
 
It would be effective if the monarchs of the neighboring territories would appear to willingly submit to Her Highness, instead of having to conquer them. In this way, the citizens of both sides would view the assimilation of Equestias neighboring territories in as acceptable change. But of course, only a fool would submit to an invading power by his own accord, unless, they were to be replaced with someone who is more partial to the agenda of our Princess. One that could have thier appearance, but a mind loyal to our agenda.
 
The Princess has once encountered a race that seems perfect for the operation, The Changelings. These creatures feed off the love from ponies by mimicking their loved-ones. And during the Siege of Canterlot, they have proven to be a very formidable fighting force. But their ability to mimic anyponys or in theory, anythings appearance is what the Princess is looking for.
