was testing out some new brushes, turned into a next gen bio, you know how it goes lol. messing with a different style than usual, just for fun!  
 
This is Sparkling Apple Cider: second son of Princess Twilight, Prince Macintosh, and Lord Discord, and he’s only the biological son of Twi and Big Mac (though the trio can’t deny that some of discord’s genes slipped in there, perhaps from his _{chaotic influence})  
 
Sparkling Apple Cider (Spark, Cider, or Sparky by his family only) is very different from his brother, Conundrum. He takes his role as prince Very Seriously, and inherited much of Twilight’s studiousness. He makes most of the appearances at formal Canterlot events (of which there are very many, and Twilight and Mac simply can’t attend all of them, while Discord outright refuses to go), and cares a great deal about his reputation about the son of the ruler of equestria. He’s also quiet, like his father, but that all isn’t to say that dull or unexciting. He won’t show it during formal events, but Prince Cider loves to race through his family’s apple orchards, cheer on wonderbolts shows, and, on VERY rare occasion, ditch his appearances to do some spur-of-the-moment activity like gazing at the stars or watching the sun set. His parents chalk this up to Discord’s influence, and they don’t mind at all. A royal must take his job seriously, but he’s still young, and they wanted him to be able to act like any other pony when able.  
 
Cider is a few years younger than his draconequus-unicorn hybrid brother, Connie, as Mac didn’t join the family until a few years after Connie was born. They still attended the same school though, and there were a handful of times Cider had to come to his brother’s rescue to fend off bullies. Or at least, one bully in particular (I’ll go into that later). Though they’re technically only half-brothers, Cider loves Conundrum dearly (and vice versa), and would never hesitate to come to his brother’s defense when other foals were speaking not-so-kindly about the draconequus. He tried not to flaunt his family’s status too much, but it was too easy to get the other kids to shut up when he’d casually mention, “You know, I wonder what my father and Lord of Equestria Discord would think if he heard you saying those things about draconequui.” Cider would later go on to become a big advocate for non-pony species in Equestria, and would assist Rarity in diplomatic missions to other countries, and awareness within Equestria.
