Story:

After the events of Season 10 and The Last Problem, Spike decided to stay with Smolder after Rarity moved to Canterlot. Since Season 8 Spike was more in love with Smolder and after all Spike and Smolder wanted to have a child, and eventually they both got married. Several months later, Smolder becomes pregnant and after a painful moment finally makes the Egg, Spike and Smolder felt very happy and sad for their son and decide to name him: “Sparky”.
