Original Description:
After Edana runs away from home, she ends up being discovered by a unicorn stallion upon arriving to Canterlot. The stallion is Prince Crescent, son of Princess Luna and Prince Neighsay. Seeing the mare exhausted, famished, and filthy from her travels, he takes pity on her and brings her back home. Edana is offered all the amenities to help her return to proper health. And once the prince sees her all cleaned up, he instantly becomes infatuated with her. With no idea who she is or where she’s from, Crescent sets out to learn more about her and court her.
For a while, Edana takes full advantage of the situation. Crescent’s father suspects something is off about this kirin, and her resemblance to a rather infamous mare from long ago when the Storm King was in power makes him more suspicious. But Crescent isn’t hearing any of it, choosing to see the best in her. Edana is grateful and for a while all is well. She returns the prince’s affections and they are living happily together in Canterlot. Until Crescent proposes to her. Edana accepts it, but the reality of the situation finally begins to settle in.
By this point, she still hadn’t revealed her true identity to him or anypony, and she had begun to miss her family at home. Her guilt and homesickness start to become too much, and Edana finally confesses to Crescent who she really is. Crescent is stunned to hear the news, but he doesn’t cast her out. Instead he listens to her, offering her guidance on what she should do to ease her own mind and heart. Their wedding is put on hold in order for Edana to go and make amends with her family with her fiancé accompanying her. It’s an emotional, stressful journey that terrifies her, but with his support Edana manages to do it.

There’s still a lot fo ground to cover with this AU of mine, but here is a part that is long overdue, featuring the character, Prince Crescent! Crescent has actually been a character if mine for a long time, and he was created between myself and moonsugarx. I will drop more information on him eventually, but here’s a snippet of him and Edana’s relationship!
