“Wow, did I really outgrow last year’s Halloween outfit?” Pinkie asked herself as she stood in the middle of her bedroom, trying and failing to pull her top down over her pudgy belly. “This used to be so big and baggy, but now it’s all teeny and tiny.”

She gave it one last tug before finally giving up. Letting her hands fall onto her hips, Pinkie simply stared down at her massively pink gut as it hung heavily over her lap.

“Hmm, maybe the trick-or-treaters won’t mind. They just want the candy after all. What do you think, Gummy?” Pinkie turned towards her inanimate plush alligator on her bed, hoping to hear some reassuring words.

Gummy said nothing, as he is only a stuffed animal.

“Hee hee, you right! I can make it work!” Pinkie giggled with glee as she grabbed her bowl of candy and made her way out the door, ready to embrace the Halloween night!
