Sassy Saddles held the clipboard in her hand, and admired the figures on it. When she found out she was pregnant, she got an idea. She made casts of her own bust and belly and based on the figures of those had custom made mannequins manufactured. With these mannequins she and Rarity began to create new maternity gowns. When they first hung in the store, mares passed by them without a second thought. That was until right after mating season, and their own tummies began to grow. Once that happened they began to sell more and more until they were selling like hotcakes. As Sassy grew bigger and heavier, she had to make her own clothing. It wasn’t easy finding enough material, but it was okay by her. Besides a mare had to look her best no matter how big she got. In fact, maybe these gowns could become a new fashion trend. Who knows?
