Original Description:
One late night, a bat pony passes out drunk, after drinking way too much, and has strange dreams. They don’t seem strange on the surface, he dreams about what he did most of that day…lying on the couch depressed. Except, this time he’s not alone, there’s another pony here, one whom he’s never seen before. A black coated pony with red hair and glasses, shorter than an adult pony, with bat wings and extra fur on their extremities, they have a cutie mark which resembled a cocktail. The bat pony asks this pony just who they are. The pony doesn’t have an answer to that question specifically, but they do reply to him, their voice sounds masculine but young, and has a slight slurred sound, giving off the tone of intoxicated speech. They tell him simply to “get up and get yourself back together” which confuses the bat pony at first, but then he realizes what is meant after the pony looms over him on the couch, glaring down at him, pointing at him and scolding his lack of self-discipline and how much he’s ‘let his life go to shit’. This upsets the bat pony at first, but he understands, he’s let his depression get to him, and he hasn’t done anything practical in weeks. He reaches a hoof out to the pony…and then he wakes up, alone.
At the same time, a certain pegasus wakes up having experiences a near-identical dream, he doesn’t know that at the time tho. He calls Pete later in the day to explain the dream he had, and he gets told how the bat pony had the exact same dream and saw the exact same pony in the dream. It confuses them greatly…but somehow the dream pony had an impact on both of them and causes them to actually talk to each other and quit being so depressed all the time.
