Amethyst
 
Nicknames; Gem, Amy(only her family), Snow (mostly cause of her hair)

Bio: Amethyst is a perfect mixture of her parents. She is very intelligent and witty, and has a bit of attitude. She also Let’ her curiousity get the best of her. That gets her into trouble at times.  
As a filly, she would get made fun of but was able to shrug it off. As she aged, she realized she was able to scare off anypony who would mess with her with her aggressive nature. Because of the constant teasing she faced in her past she has some trust issues and that keeps her from making more friends (and just sticks with the ones she has).  
She can seem cold sometimes, mostly for intimidating purposes (also self defense), which does tend to keep ponies away. That’s not to say She wouldn’t hesitate to knock a pony that got on her nerves out. But since her mother is Rarity, she learned to just be very clever with her words.  
The Twins lived in Canterlot with Spike and Rarity for a few years and when The twins were around 5, they moved to Ponyville. Amethyst is actually now working on opening her own jewelry shop in Ponyville and getting her own business started. It started off as a small extension of Carousel Boutique but when her mother saw her talent for creating stunning and elegant jewelry, and her determination, Rarity helped her startup her shop.  
Amethyst isn’t the best with kids and yet they’re all attracted to her and love hanging around her. She’d never hurt them or anything she just doesn’t know how to go about taking a kid, and this it makes her feel a title uncomfortable . Other than her out of control temper, Claire is actually very mature, rational, and fearless.
 

 
 
Sigma

Sigma is the twin of Amethyst, being only a few minutes older than her.  
Sigma is a gentleman, being taught all he knows now by his mother of course. And is a little more on the quiet side, but he also knows how to defend himself thanks to Daddy Spike. Growing up both he and his sister were picked on quite a bit, which seemed to affect his sister more than him. He’d be more passive about the teasing and just shrug it off…..most of the time. Sometimes he’d let his dragon side get the better of him.  
He’d be the one to comfort his sister if he saw her crying during school because of some bullies. Then big brother mode kicks in and …well, those bullies would be getting the fury of a dragon for making his sister cry (his personality would just do a complete 180) Just the bullies seeing how intimidating and frightening sigma is was simply enough. (I know I wouldn’t want to be chased by a strong sharp toothed, fire breathing dragon hybrid)  
He also inherited his Rarity’s generosity the sense that he puts others before himself and is willing to give up his time to make sure they are okay. That being said, one of his flaws is that ponies take advantage of every once in while but he is so caught up in the deed he is doing that he doesn’t realize it.  
Sigma is Also a very protective Dragon-Stallion hybrid. He’s a little bit of a softie despite the tough facade he tries to put up. And in contrast to his sister, he absolutely adores kids. And if they’re not following his sister around they’re trailing along behind him.
