I’m not saying to staff can’t have fun or should be forced to be completely serious. But they should hold some values. Engaging and supporting bullying, turning a blind eye to art theft, having no respect for actual artists, etc are things a mod shouldn’t be doing. Derpibooru mods can have fun whilst maintaining good values and an ere of professionalism and shouldn’t hold biases.
 
You see, Grapefruit Face is on the DNP list, yet he has failed to remove the image with his artwork being used to harass him. I would let this go but Acres he has infact added tags and engaged in the uncalled for parade against Grapefruit Face just for uploading an harmless artwork of him in bed with his two waifus, an image which shouldn’t have reached ponybooru in the first place.

Yes, the staff for a website about a cartoon aimed at little girls must be completely serious 100% of the time. Being self-awareness, having fun, interacting with site users and the community, etc. is TOALLY unprofessional.
 
Also, I fail to see how he’s bad at his job. Care to bless us with some proof of that claim?

This was an experiment. I wanted to see how Acres would react to having a picture uploaded with his OC being compared to a piece of shit. He took it rather well and left it up and favorited. So I guess my respect for Acres has increased by a fraction as he can take what he dishes out. He’s still a terrible and unprofessional moderator, but this is a terrible and unprofessional site so I guess he’s perfect for the job.
