Because imalou isn't a NSFW artist, and probably didn't want to bother learning to draw genitals just for a few images, so she decided to go the shitposty route. I have a friend who did the same.
Especially if you go look at the source, someone reblogged it *from* her blog. She's the one who made that edit, but the question remains of whether or not she also drew an uncensored version.
