The next heir to the throne, SolarRay takes pride and follows in the footsteps of his second mothers path, Princess Celestia is proud of how far he has come and is feeling joyful and pride from teaching her young stallion to be the leader their subjects truly need.  
 
A proud and formal stallion wanting to do whats best for his future kingdom, he is always there for those that need it and will be there to help out when situations get bad  
He definitely takes after more of his mother Celestia’s side but still takes on some from Moonbeam his first Mother whom gave birth to him, extremely kind, apologetic, and generous  
 
When Moonbeam was pregnant with the little stallion after having the spell to take both Celestia and Moonbeams DnA to create the bundle of fluff was truly a miracle but didn’t come with it’s consequences  
Due to this it caused Moonbeam to be in extreme denial and caused a lot of mental problems but with the help of Celestia and her friends they overcomed it and along came the gleaming little boy in their hooves  
 
After Moonbeam’s ordeal she had to have a long few years break from her royal guard duties having Tempest to be promoted until she gets back on her feet, safe to say it didn’t stop her from training  
She eventually went back to being the head of the royal guard once SolarRay was old enough to fend for himself  
 
SolarRay loves practising training with his mother Moonbeam learning ways to defend himself in cases of battles and such, and he sees it as a motherly and son bond together, he tries to spend as much time as possible with both of his very busy parents but he fully respects what they do to keep the kingdom in check and to keep him safe  
he loves them both very much and will never think otherwise
