While she has no cutie mark, she does actually have a talent as one who carves stones into things (statues, utensils, anything she wants), given that she has the sharp claws to do so and the sense to pick out the best rocks to use.  
Colors: Prussian Blue hair, Steel Blue body, Royal Blue eyes and scales, Iceberg horns and toes  
Personality:  
Bluestone is a young hybrid who discovered boys at a young age and is already starting to flirt with them (albeit confusing them). She loves to be adorable, adorns herself in gems and cute outfits to make her irresistible. She is a bit gullible like her father had been when he was young, and easily fooled and can get very grouchy once she knows she’s been tricked. She pouts a lot, thinking it gets her what she wants when usually, it doesn’t end up like that. She is very passionate, which ties into her artistic side, and like her mother and older half-sister, can lose herself in her work.

Bad Habits: Can lose track of time, biting her claws when worried

Family  
Bluestone adores her family and has never grown up wondering why she is the way she is or what makes a dragon pony or whatnot. She follows her older half-sister faithfully and they share a powerful bond. Rarity and Blue share a similar powerful bond, driven home by both of their intensities in their work and life. She finds her father a little embarrassing at times and sometimes a little strange.
 
Party Cannon  
They consider each other good friends. Blue always enjoys Party Cannon’s parties and she is a bit mischievous, she likes to make long noises to startle him.
 
Honeygold  
Blue is afraid of Honeygold’s bees and often freaks out when they flutter around the other young mare. She likes Honeygold, however, and tries to be very tolerant of her bee friends.
 
Moonbow  
These two are inseparable. They are BFFs and always stand up for each other. Bluestone thinks that his airy attitude hides a very intelligent mind, he’s just DIFFERENT from other ponies, like how she is visibly different.
 
Free Spirit  
He’s more often than not in Party Cannon’s presence but Bluestone LOVES to play with his mane. There is a rumor that she’s the only one to know his eye color but she’s certainly not saying anything.
