Ah hold on, is not going to be THAT easy just wait till the next page
 
so the pony is explaining the history of the house, i was thinking about gothic architecture i use one building as a reference but i forgot what it was called but it does not matter what matters is the style of architecture and the pony here loved the look of it.
 
yes he has a ponytail and he’s a guy, it was the style of the time so ya that is what i choose.
 
he went to work designing and got help in building the house , he and some others like it but the majority sadly did not like it due to it looking kind of scary and is not the normal way to build a house at the time (it did become this way eventually but not after a long time)
 
i like the house on top of a hill because why not is a classic spooky idea and i would not mind a house like this lol
 
i say the house has a lot of rooms maybe due to if a pony has a large family or who knows i design the house somewhere and the second floor change a bit but i think it still makes sense
 
anyways back to the story, due to some financial problems of that time (i say it’s a local thing but who knows) the guy can’t afford the house anymore so he sold it off to the mayor of the time and then given to the founder of the real estate business  
and they have it ever since
 
the house is disliked so much that it literally worthless so our group can have it but is not going to be that easy
 
i hope you like the comic, i try to make it look old and stuff and the inside of the house is only the imagination of the guy speaking so the inside is going to look different and better looking hopefully once i get back to it
