Ah, I am not experienced on that end. Maybe something is awry?
Yeah, but normally if you try to upload exact same image again, it flat out doesn’t let you, and I’d expect porter scripts to also have dupe checking instead of relying on staff action.
Click report, it already has a report listed on it by “Automated Perceptual dedupe match”, but I think they still have to act manually.
